“I really could never say enough good things about this place. Every time I need them they are there to help with a friendly attitude and a smile. I will never go anywhere else for tires because I've been ripped off by nearly every other place I've gone and have never been treated as well as I've been treated at Big D. When I woke up to a flat this morning. I immediately went into panic mode trying to find tires to fit my car. Even though they were booked solid they said they would squeeze me in so I'm not stranded and talked me off the ledge. “This auto shop is, sadly, a rarity in today’s day and age: a straightforward, honest business that performs quality work. They’re right up the street for me, which is a godsend whenever I need work done. My only qualm is that they’re always booked, sometimes weeks out. Still, the aforementioned is indicative of the great work they do and the consistently high demand they enjoy; definitely a first world problem. “Both employees were very pleasant. My car was taken care of timely. However, the place is dirty, especially the floor. It has a VERY heavy overwhelming stench of cigarette smoke. Combine that with the smell of rubber from the tires [which is expected} it was overwhelming the minute I walked in the door. I changed my clothes as soon as I got home.”
