“By far the most trustworthy mechanic you can ask for. I had an issue with my oil leaking after I got an oil change at delta sonic. Delta sonic said my engine oil pan gasket was leaking along with my transmission oil pan gasket. I was expecting to have a high bill after hearing that story. Bob & Don’s mechanic looked at my car, said it was a small seal that the delta sonic shop screwed up, and charged me way less than I was expecting because they diagnosed the issue correctly.
They could’ve charged me for replacing the gaskets which would have been a pretty large bill, but only charged me for replacing a small seal and replacing the oil due to properly diagnosing the issue. 100% recommend this shop for anyone looking for a trustworthy and competent mechanic.”
“Spoke with Ryan yesterday about a wiper motor for my van, he luckily had one left in stock for me. I gave him the money for it that was HALF of the cost that autozone wanted and an hour later I had my part. I didn’t realize that the part also came with a 90 day warranty, which for such a small shop is great to me! Ryan was amazing with everything from the cost to the time frame! He treated me with respect and didn’t try to upsell or upcharge me for anything. And YES the part does work! Yes, for small stuff like this you will be seeing me again.”

My two children and I were on a road trip from Canada when our tire suddenly went flat in Buffalo. Another shop wouldn’t repair it, and when I said I had a spare tire in the car, they quoted me $100 plus tax just to install it.
Thankfully, we found Ben’s Downtown Tire, where Henry took the time to repair our tire for only $24.95 plus tax. After the repair, I asked Henry how much it would have cost to install my spare tire if needed, and he said only $15 for the labor.
The price was so reasonable compared with the other shop 🤣, and I truly appreciated Henry’s honesty and kindness. As a mom traveling with my two children far from home, I was so relieved and grateful.

The mechanics took no breaks & knocked out work order after work order so we could get back to work or home. We were there for about 2 hours, but then the manager told me I didn’t have to pay the $45 charge for the diagnosis itself. I ended up walking away with a diagnosis and free of charge.
