I recently had an amazing experience with Matthew Kantor. I have to tell you when I sat in my new Jeep Gladiator I cried I was so happy. He explained everything about jeeps to me seeing I had never even sat in one. He is So knowledgeable, kind, professional and personable. Not only that, he made me feel like a part of this dealership’s family. It’s very hard to find a car salesman like Matthew. I know he is newer but he’s an asset to the Transittowne Jeep Chrysler Dodge Family.I will certainly recommend him and the family at the dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. I LOVE my Tilda! ??

Great staff…super friendly, informative, & tons of cars/trucks/SUVs to choose from on the lot. Corey Collins made the whole process easy and comfortable and would for sure be a repeat customer. Great experience buying a Jeep. Salesman was knowledgeable and I did not feel pressured. I told him what I needed for him to make the deal and they were able to make it happen. I took delivery of the vehicle the same day.

I had a great experience leasing a Ram from Transitowne in West Seneca. From the salesman Pete Tupis to financing, the whole experience was quick and easy!! Pete made the leasing process very easy and I would definitely recommend Pete and the dealership!

Went there for an oil change, they did fine on that. But called and told me my brakes were metal on metal, when the brakes only had 7,000 miles. So I went home look at it for myself not even close to metal on metal. So watch out they try to up charge you 550 dollars for a service you don’t need.

My son recently purchased a used Jeep Cherokee from Transitown. We worked with Corey and from beginning to end it was a great experience. Corey was very helpful throughout the whole process. He was not pushy like some sales people and took the time to go over the features of the vehicle at pickup.

Dodge Corporation agreed to pay for replacement of our blower motor. Assigned a case manager and provided me with case # Transit Towns refused to replace blower motor. My Durango sat there for 2 days, and I had to call them. Terrible service, We will never go back nor do we recommend anyone use their service department. Horrible experience..not only did they not replace my blower motor but they did not look at leak at rear off tansfer as a requested.completing ignored that one.. Then they had the nerve to tell Dodge they couldn't get my blower motor to duplicare the problem. Takes a special tool to not notice no air blows out 1-5 and on high or cuts in and out but there's nothing wrong with it according to service advisor.. Joke

Never again. The service department is a joke. And the customer service, what customer service. The lady was extremely rude when trying to ask questions. They took over 2 hours on my wheel alignment when it should have taken less than an hour. I was late to pick up my kids. They knew that. After making the appointment online, the total came to 93 dollars. Which was great. But then after the, " over 2 hour wait " the lady told me it was 163. I of course ask why? How? And she said that's what it is. When I proceeded to show her I signed up on the internet and it told me 93, she said again, this is what it is if u want your jeep. I was extremely pissed. Not only did I have to pay double when I had no idea, I also had to pay extra for picking up my kids over an hour late. Never again. I can't believe the service there. Extremely disappointed in the company. I expected better.

Highly recommend Tyler Geisler he is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the vehicles and his customer service skills are excellent. He took the time to go over everything with us and was very patient and not pushy at all. We purchased the 2023 Grand Cherokee Overland and we are very happy with our decision.

I went here for a full service and I was told I needed new brakes and rotors and calipers. Right after spending 3500 dollars here the brakes for months would squeak bad so I went back to get them looked at two time from this place and they said there was nothing wrong. So I went to get a second opinion from another mechanic. They brought to my attention that they did not put new Chrysler parts I was given knock off parts that are already junk and costing me more money. I have been trying to get money back or anything for the inconvenience and the lying. My rotor is warped and the brake pads are knock offs.

I would never recommend them for service. I scheduled two of my Company trucks in for a Warranty Recall. I took the first one in that was suppose to take 8 hours to fix, I get to the dealer and Rob tells me they have no idea of the truck coming in and said it would be a few days to get it done as they were busy, that was Tuesday morning. On Friday I called and talked with Matt and he said they would get it done right away as they had to order parts. I said I was told they had the parts when I first called, he said he was not sure but they had them now and would get it done. The following Tuesday I called looking for my truck, talked with a women and she said they had to order parts VIN specific for the truck, and I knew that was not true. She was going to call me back, never called back. That afternoon, Wednesday and Thursday I called and left messages for the Service Manager Rob Murdock with zero response from him. I called again on Thursday and the receptionist for the dealer ship, and she said she would get with the New Car Manager and would get me answers and get him to call me back. No call again and I called her back and she could not believe nobody called me back. She put me on hold and went to find out for herself. She came back to the phone and said she talked with Rob Murdock and said truck would be done on Friday, but she was going to still transfer me to him to talk with. She transferred and I got his VM again and I'm not even sure I left him a message this time. Late Friday they called and left a message truck was done, because it was so late in the day we could not go to pick it up until Monday morning. 11 days to complete this recall that was scheduled for 8 hours. And the worst customer service. The second truck is going to a different dealership. I would not recommend them for anything at all.

Made an appointment with Rob Snow, (service advisor) to get my Promaster Camper Van repaired. Very professional and friendly. He was willing to accommodate my requests. Their mechanic Ethan E diagnosed the problem immediately and repaired it. Great service department and good vibes from this establishment. I would strongly recommend using this business for all your service needs.

I just leased for the first time with Transitowne. My salesman, Corey went above and beyond to find me the vehicle I was looking for and to make sure I was comfortable with my payment. The manager, Nick was extremely pleasant as well as the finance manager. The pickup process was seamless and we were in and out in 30 minutes. I can't say enough about this dealership. I will definitely be doing business with them in the future.

When I picked up my vehicle the price changed and so did the financing. Finance manager was arrogant and rude. It was supposed to be detailed with a full tank of gas. It was washed but spots were missed. Windows weren’t cleaned at all. Gas tank was 9 gallons short of being filled.
