As a customer for nearly ten years, I have to complain today. Every time I come to do business, I have a very bad experience. The three ladies at the counter always have a stern face, as if you owe her money. After finishing the work, you say thank you Not even back to you. There is no such thing as politeness as a human being. Not to mention the service staff. When you ask them something, they always answer you in an impatient tone. They can't explain the problem clearly. If you can't answer every question from customers well, please don't do this job. Every time you come, you will be messed up by them and you won't feel at all. But the youngest lady and the only man in the bank The service is very good. I am very patient to help you solve the problem. The service attitude of the staff is also so different.

Amerasia is the most problematic and unprofessional bank I have ever worked with. Multiple times, I have gone into the branch to sign paperwork. Each time, they (different bankers) have called me after I've left (hours later) to ask if I can return because they forgot to give me additional paperwork to sign. I requested a one time limit increase for mobile check deposit so I didn't have to drive into Flushing to make a deposit and they adamantly refused stating that for individual accounts - $5,000 is the maximum. They also made a blanket false statement claiming that this is the maximum mobile deposit amount for any bank. Michael, the online manager refuses to acknowledge any shortcomings that the bank has. He rudely cut me off while I was explaining my frustration with the lack of customer service they have shown. I suggested that they contact the customer before deleting online access for the sake of customer service and his response was "no, why should we have to." To which I replied, "you don't have to, it would just be nice if you did for customer service sake". Dealing with this bank is akin to calling call centers in foreign countries. Many customers opt to work with smaller banks specifically for exceptional customer service, unfortunately, Amerasia chooses to disregard the customer. I'm not certain why that bank owner doesn't just replace each employee with AI if the only response these employees can give is "that's standard procedure".

has been a customer for over 10 years. They don't know me in person. Some stuff are very rude! probably the rudest banker I ever meet in the USA. I am happy that I closed my account. There are so many great banks, but not this one.
