They lie to your face! Do not trust anything they say in this store as they will deny it the next day. I switched from T-Mobile to ATT and they told me my bill will be $200 plus tax so imagine my surprise when after 5 days I received a bill for $650!! When I tried to have them adjust the bill, they said there is nothing they can do. Luckly, I called customer service, and a great person named Libby took care of everything for us. Just call customer service do not go to this store!

Beware when doing upgrades.
I preordered the Samsung S25 Ultra. During the preorder process an older spanish gentleman never informed us or agreed to add Next Up Anytime Upgrade (which has a monthly $10 fee) and added Insurance with a $17 fee.
Having worked in the wireless industry, I know these service reps have metrics to meet with addons which affects their commission. If you explain them to your customers (as they should) some will see the benefits and add them with consent.
After I got home, I noticed the automated email with the preorder and the 2 add ons added into the account without consent.
When returned to the store, I was told they cannot be removed as it will affect the preorder, but they should not be added at first place.
At picked up, I was told these add ons were added automatically (which again have worked with cell phone activations) their POS system allows them to check/uncheck options. At the end, I had to remove the added insurance through the web and wait for a month in order to remove the Next Up Anytime upgrade... its a very shady way to hit your metrics at the cost of customer satisfaction.

Went there to get a new agreement for a new phone and the girl Cia helped me with the process but she convinced to upgrade my plan saying that it was gonna be better and faster but she never told me I was gonna loose my streaming service from HBO max that I had for many years included on my plan, and she also omitted to tell me that she added an extra extra service on my plan that I didn’t ask for and I noticed days after because I got notifications about it which I ended up paying for the first month.

The company AT&T are thieves... because if my rent payment was on the 10th of each month, this year they charged me before the first 10th to the 7th of each month, now on the 5th of each month. This month it is the 4th and I receive a message that the other month I have to pay it on the 3rd... If my SIM card was active with the plan on the 10th it should be those days my payment for the plan

I went today to go get a new phone because mine had broke and wasn’t working to good anymore so I went and was helped by Daniel he was super helpful and nice and also helped me have a smooth and easy transaction he let me know about all the deals and everything that was available to me so I can get what’s right for me overall best experience and most helpful person!!!

Assistant Store Manager Daniel Mardachal exceeded all of my expectations. He literally worked with me and a customer service technician for over 2 hours so I can finally resolve the issue I had with my iPhone. I would have never been able to handle it on my own. Retail rep Daury was a pleasure to work with. I hate malls. This particular branch is open a bit later than others, and I needed the issue fixed ASAP. I was already pretty over it after I'd been directed to everywhere but the right place, when a lovely lady directed me (finally!) to this AT&T branch. Daury helped me out with my issue with the utmost care (I love it!). Made sure my issue was fixed, and I'd definitely be back here if I need another service. I didn't catch the other gentleman's name, but he was also a pleasure on my walk out.. I recommend coming to this branch, and wouldn't it be fun to walk out with a life sized Snoopy? (I'm sure it's somewhere in the mall, but you get my drift)

Assistant Store Manager Daniel Mardachai at the AT&T store at Queens Center Mall is very kind and helpful. Took time to help me switch over from iPhone 13 min to a iPhone 14 Pro, I personally didn't know how-to do it, but he helped me the whole way. I really appreciate it. I have nothing but nice things to say he is truly patient and confident. Thank you for giving me a hand!

I am shocked at the low efficiency of the AT&T staff. I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service I received at one of your AT&T , I uphold a certain expectation of efficiency and promptness which, unfortunately, was not met during my recent visit to your outlet.
Upon entering the store, I noticed a lackadaisical approach by the staff on duty. It was quite apparent that the essence of time was lost on them. under normal circumstances, wouldn't take more than five minutes to resolve. However, the staff seemed to be in no hurry to assist me or the other customers waiting in line.
It is appalling to think that in this modern age, where time is of the essence, one has to spend over an hour for a task so minuscule. The staff seemed more interested in engaging in trivial conversations amongst themselves rather than attending to the customers earnestly waiting for their turn. The deliberate act of procrastination exhibited by your employees not only wasted valuable time but also reflected poorly on the brand image of AT&T.
The apparent lack of urgency displayed by your staff is a stark contrast to the professionalism and efficiency I have come to expect from a reputable company such as AT&T. Such a lackadaisical approach towards customer service is not what I expected from a brand of your stature. This experience has, regrettably, tainted my perception of AT&T and has left a sour taste which will be hard to forget.
Furthermore, I noticed that the older individuals and those with children were growing increasingly frustrated due to the unnecessary delay. It is disheartening to see that the staff failed to prioritize the needs of these individuals, showing a lack of empathy and understanding.
In the realm of telecommunications, where competition is fierce and customer satisfaction is paramount, I find it hard to believe that such a level of incompetency is prevalent within one of your outlets. It's imperative that AT&T addresses this issue promptly to maintain its esteemed reputation in the industry.
I hope that necessary measures will be taken to ensure that no other customer has to endure such a frustrating and time-consuming experience in the future. I trust that AT&T will take this complaint seriously and will work towards improving the efficiency and professionalism of its staff.
