This is one of the BEST BANK OF AMERICA BRANCHES, it has free parking for its customers, they have excellent customer service with a smile all the time. All the staff is very professional. If I can rate 0 stars I would. This was the most horrible experience I have ever had with a Bank of America branch and I’ve been with them over 7 years , I have always had an pleasant experience.this wasn’t the case unfortunately I referred my brother and we entered the location and was seated by Rudy Sanchez ( the manager )We waited for a hour and the same manager Rudy came back and said we can not open an account due to their bank experiencing a lot of scamming ??!! I have no idea what that could possibly have to do with a potential customer that has I.d, a social , a bill and proof of address … I feel that we we’re definitely profiled when I presented my Bank of America card and told him I have been a customer for over 7 years and never experienced anything of the such he told me that it was their policy . When I presented the policy he disappeared . Is this the way you guys treat your customers now ? (Scamming and profiling them ? ( if your thinking of banking with them please run far away you will not be welcomed or feel like you’re in good hands I feel the complete opposite. This Rudy Sanchez guy will definitely get you Sued!!!

If I could rate 0 I’ll do it. Wait for 30 mits, a lady who was before me without any ID or personal identification and that was very suspicious and was helped by the personal of the bank to get money. Later, about 30 mits in the line, after explain that I had to update my info, the lady who spoke to me, told me that she can’t do anything till Tuesday (I was there on Saturday). It’s unbelievable that they don’t have enough people and also that they had preference for people who seems shady. I’m gonna close my account and open it on other bank.

I went there a weeks ago, i just want to open new account, but the service isnt good. Noone there, only 1 ppl. Then after few minutes there is a man who help me but he wasnt nice, unfriendly, he told me have to wait 3 hour but he not sure can made it that day. Then he offer appointmen 1 week from that day. Also he told me to bring all the doc requirements, he said, passport/any NY ID/ work ID, approve address, ssn just picture is ok, and the money. Today i go there and bring the 3 all doc and money. Then the other man frontliner said cant only use work ID , he told me to back home bring all, passport, ssn, work ID, approve address. I cant only use the work ID with my picture, why BOA cant make it simple ? This is really made me so tired 3 times go back there until i was thinking to cancel this -.-

This bank doesn't care about getting new clients. A person from reception told me that I have to wait minimum two hours. And when I asked about appointment he told only tomorrow but not after two hours. So what is the point to offer person to wait two hours if you already know what it is unrealistic .

I visited this branch 2 weeks ago to open an account. Very courteous and professional attention from the staff, especially Dhanrajie Tickaram.I was very impressed.Looking at some of the reviews posted, I can't help wondering if those unfortunate customers were in a bad dream... I'm truly perplexed!If my own experience is anything to go by, I would recommend this branch to anyone seeking professional banking services with a touch of friendliness.

I will post a proper review soon. I am posting this now because most people believe they are intiteled to everything and that someone owes you something and that you didn't receive the respect you think you deserve which is why this branch location has a low rating. It's a load of garbage. This branch goes far beyond what any customer service business needs to go. Customers need to stop thinking you are owed anything. Get up and earn it.
