1 hr for bank service wait, absolutely the worst bank to do business, small banks are much better. Don't bank here to keep your sanity. I would give it a 0 if I could. Avoid

There is a construction over there no way to use ATM today ,the other ATM closed early ,l tried the other one that one moved ...so used other bank ...chase sucks

Horrible service !!!! Waited a hour and had to leave , just needed a paper notarized . People came after me were even seen . I'm definitely closing my account and going elsewhere. The obvious was happening.

Went in today 10 minutes before closing, talked to the banker inside Kitty Chen's cubicle, she didn't have her name tag on, and I forgot to ask for her business card. We wanted to get some service done, the banker refused and offered us to schedule an appointment. I told her we don't live in the neighborhood, and that we are CPC, and wanted to submit our signatures for a new joint account that was already opened. After being a Chase customer for 15 years, this is the first time I felt unwelcome by Chase employee. My account's joint owner told me it would only take 5 minutes to complete the signature process, but obviously she cared more about getting off on time, which is not what I expected from a Chase employee. The reason she got two stars is because she offered an appointment.

They never have A/C during after hrs inside ATM room. Unbelievable hot!!!

I showed up without an appointment and was given help very fast. Didn’t wait for more than 10 minutes.The lady that helped us was Ivy Yun Ou. She is very patient and makes you very comfortable.

I have an appointment of 12:30noon time, i came 12:00noon since i was in the area so maybe i can be seen earlier. 6-7 people walked-in i heard they have no appointment but was all seen before me.. literally they told me to wait 12:30 for my schedule. it doesn't make sense i told them i can just see and talk to anyone available instead of just waiting watching people come and go. finally after 12:40 they called me in.. and in the end they couldn't help me and gave me a number to call instead

Rudest lead teller ever! Started screaming at me claiming my transaction could not be processed ( cash a double endorsed checked against my account ) after waiting online for 30 minutes.. 5 minutes later i went to a different branch and was able to do the same exact transaction within 2 minutes.

Went in 3 times to open a business account. Yun ou helped us 2 of the 3 times, the first time she didn't know how to submit the information in her system did not know how to verbalize why. In the end she said she needed additional paperwork from us so we made an appointment for us to come back. Second time we come back with everything she asked for , half way through the appointment she said her system wasn't working and she felt bad and would complete the application and just have us come back to sign the paperwork. I emailed her multiple times asking about the status of setting up the new account. She IGNORED all of my emails. Incompetent, has no clue what shes doing and makes false promises. We ended up going to open a business account at Citibank instead.

Branch office name Kitty is not helpful. I said I need certain months of credit card statements and would like to pick it up ASAP because it's urgent. She said I need to go to the branch use my own Chase online banking and send it to her email then print it out for me. Very complicated. If you need to verify my ID I can show it to you at the branch. Easy and simple. She kept saying I have a customer in front of me then why are you picked up the phone if you're busy. Don't understand.

When I gave them my money they treated me nice. and after they had what they wanted, I went to the branch to ask a question and they treated me rudely. for just one simple question!
