I went to this location on 11/25/24, to pick up sneakers ordered online on 11/23/24. Only to discover that they were picked up on 11/24/24, but not by me. I asked about the checking of ID and the order confirmation; which clearly wasn't done. The manager Victoria told me I needed to contact customer service after I had already over half hour. Not only was this an inconvenience but I waited for over an hour for them to check their cameras only to be given a refund. Very disappointed in how this was handled, as the error was made by the store and as a customer shouldn't have to contact anyone to resolve an issue that wasn't a result of my negligence.

I ordered a sneaker online for pick-up at this store location . I was suppose to receive a follow-up email stating my order was ready for pick-up . I never received the email , I had to call the store to ask if my sneakers were ready . The manager tells me yes it’s ready I can come any time to get it . When I arrived at the store everyone seems confused on what their roles are . I asked a young man behind the cashier if he would be able to get my online order , he states that we have to wait in line because only the associates with a yellow lanyard can get it . I’m unsure what his job title was because he proceeded to just stand there behind the register doing absolutely nothing . I go get someone in the store walking around with a yellow lanyard , she quickly ask for my ID but don’t know the next step . So, she turns around to ask her co-worker to show her the sneakers than gives me back my ID . The coworker is annoyed because he was just going on break . The coworker gives her the sneakers to give me . This girl decides to give it the cashier & ask me stand in line to bag it up . Instead of her bagging the sneaker up & giving it to me since she already seen my ID & the item it paid for . TRAIN YOUR WORKERS !!!

This store is so ghetto; I’ve been here a few times and every time I go there’s no one to help because they would rather be huddled up together in the corner of the store chit chatting then helping customers. Now let’s talk about the cashiers who rather talk between each other then help a long line of customers trying to pay and leave; the cashier asked me for my email and when I told her no she quickly turned her back and started doing something else and had me waiting there till she was done. The last time I walked in there was a fight employees were involved in and the store had to get shut down. Be aware that you will always leave this store feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.

Worst experience i ever had
Asked an employee about a shoe for size and didn't even showed up and saw he was flirting with a woman. Had to ask a Spanish worker with a white T shirt, he was the only one who was helpful. Even the cashier woman that worked today was awful. I was standing in line which longer than it needs to be and when it was my turn, blurred out that I needed to be in line. So, were the other customers behind me are also blind that they just let me walk past to the register.

The store had a sale, and they didn't honord the same prise saying they had a mistake. Those are reasons people loose clients. So many people need jobs, and they hired people with attitud. She is latina with black hair and is the manager sales person 0412156. JD at Queens Center Mall 90-15 Queens Blvd.

Everytime I go to shop they always staring at me mad hard like bro I’m tryna shop I always buy things from them and they treat me if imma steal from there, I truly don’t like that it makes me feel uncomfortable cause I got money to spend and they wanna treat me like if imma steal from the store always looking at me tryna be slick so it doesn’t make them noticeable but i literally could tell lmao

I entered the store to buy any type of comfy sandals. I bought a pair of Crocs, their brand, unbelievable comfortable. The sale reps are very helpful and nice.

Solid, run-of-the-mill retail experience until it was time to check out. When I declined to give the cashier my email address, she explained that I would not be able to buy my $170 shoes unless I did.
Not cool. Whether that was actually corporate policy, or she was pulling one over on me to meet her email signup quota, this was a really bad look for JD Sports. 👎🏼

This store deserves 0 stars. The workers here are lazy and very unpleasant to interact with. I asked a worker for a size 8C and he claims the smallest size is 9C. However, the shoe I showed him was an 8C. Then I asked to buy the display and he said no with no explanation. So I said why not? He said because they don’t have the other side of the shoe. I proceeded to ask a different worker and ended up purchasing the display. Turns out he just didn’t want to go through the hassle of looking for it! The cashier also needs a reality check because she had an attitude from the jump. I approached her with a smile and greeting and in return I received a dirty look and a condescending tone. JD either needs to improve their training or fire those who are nasty and hire people with better attitudes. Steer away from the tall gentleman with dreads. Worst customer service ever!

I tried making a return however, I was told nothing could be done bc my order was passed the days of return and I was understanding but representative was super rude to me, she could have just told me in a nicer way. She has dark hair and wears glasses.
