bad customer service. i went to look for on cloud shoes . There was black lady who work there asked about the shoes to see if she knew about the shoes when i asked if the shoes is for running which was a lifestyles she just said yes and left . she did not care and turn her back to me. i felt like i was disrespected and insulted . i and family will never ever step in this store again.

I went to buy running shoes for my son and the sales clerk Malcolm was very professional and helpful. He was patient and was able to answer all my questions . The cashier was also very sweet.

I had a very disappointing experience. The waiter was not only somewhat sarcastic but also appeared quite impatient. When we requested a size change, he audibly made a 'tsk' sound in front of us, which was unprofessional and disrespectful.

In all honesty I wanted to give this store -0stars. The employees were absolutely awful. They looked bother that o walked into the store to make a purchase. They were so consummate with taking a break or finding food. There was only one employee working on the floor however she only focused on the Hispanic customers and she was very annoyed. Trust and believe this store and this company will never receive a dime from me or any of my contacts again because of a lack of customer service. Take note staff you don’t know who knows who. The way you treat an Indian speaks volume. In order to remedy this issue management should consider stripping the entire staff and start afresh because this group clearly doesn’t know how to run a business and engage with customers.

I’m only giving this one stars because the guy at the door was so nice next to the ON sneakers. But the staff basically acted like I had cooties when he tried to get them to assist me in the area of sneakers I was actually looking for. Then they have a bad habit of saying the N-word casually around customers, especially the ones who aren’t black. Eduardo took One pair of shoes to the register and when I was looking for another pair, he disappeared for quite a bit and I had to ask him several times to try another pair of sneakers. To be honest I would’ve got the second pair, but he was so disinterested about it and talking to his coworker who was very vile and rude that I didn’t buy them.

Emily was AMAZING, after traveling from another store in Brooklyn that wouldn’t help me make a return, I decided to head to my local Foot locker at Queens Center. Emily helped me with my return with absolutely no problem, actually with efficiency, , speed and a smile. Then Emily chased me down outside the store to return to me my cell phone that I left on the counter near her register.
Great Customer Experience.
This is definitely my go to location !!!
