Female employe was very rude I came in around 12:30 Friday 7 to buy Yughio cards I asked her if they had Yughio cards she tells me they only have boxes which I found strange because normally they have single packs is I ask if they have single packs she says how many I ask her how many they have she goes back and forth with me I told her I want to know how many they have so I can buy she gives me a bunch of attitude after I had left she was speaking about me disrespectfully with another customer if a manager see this please contact me if not I will send a email to corporate

Like all GameStop stores, they have the game case, but no game. This has been happening a lot , and when I asked if I could keep the game case because I will find the game somewhere else GameStop policy does not allow that I’m hard customer to please. I’m also very easy-going. It’s a game stop with have to do inventory and keep correct inventory and not steel because that’s what I really think is happening, the employees that work at GameStop are stealing the games for themselves just like the manager over there at the 14th St., GameStop. I’m sure she steals left and right from the company and more power to her.

I tried to buy the ps5 I saw it online in this exact store and it was 700. I asked for it in person and he said it was 900+. Then I said in the website it’s $700. he said I must buy the warranty if you buy it in the store and you can’t refuse it. I did not buy the ps5 due to this reason

Wow the cashier in the front was so rude, wouldn’t come to this location again. Also made me purchase a warranty for a video game I didn’t even ask for.

Horrible service and rude, kid who worked there didn’t know anything about the games I wanted and couldn’t preorder the steelbook I wanted when it is clearly on the website.

I went in to buy Black Ops 6 last Sunday and the guy tells me I have to pay an extra $15 if I wanted to get a copy of the game because they prioritize Pro members. I go in today and the same guy tells me I can’t get the copy of the game because I have to pre-order it online. Mind you the game came out like 2 weeks ago and not to mention that before I got the counter, another worker confirmed that they did have a copy of the game for sale. Won’t be coming back to this joke of a store.

I’m buying my game and is saying the disc is not working and I just realized this is reused disc (and I lost all my saved money😢)
