If I could rate this place with 0 stars, I would. The people were rude and so unaccommodating. I brought in 4 items to return- 2 of which were corset tops. When I first tried to do the return those 2 items they said could only be exchanged for other items or credit for them can be placed on a gift card. Keep in mind, the tags were attached and the clothing wasn’t worn but they said the wire in the corset was slightly bent so it was damaged. I had to beg them to get my money back and they still refused so I ended up calling customer service which was also a complete waste of time from who I was told that the store gets to make the end decision. After 45 minutes at this point, I just asked for the gift card with merchandise credit because I was completely fed up and had to leave. The manager said oh no, we cannot issue a gift card, only exchange. I said ok so I’ll exchange for items and then return those for my money back. Then, she said oh well those items you exchange for will be final sale. I said ok- I’ll take the gift card and she was refusing that and said that won’t be possible. I said ONE of your employees said from the start I can have the exchange or gift card and after confirming with them, she finally issued a gift card. I explained that the shirts I had were in the same condition as I received them when purchasing them and I folded them back in the bag to do the return. The higher manager there said they should’nt have been folded and now they cannot be resold even tho that’s how the original store presented them to me in the shopping bag which is utterly ridiculous. What a freaking waste of time. Never ever would I want to purchase from this company or deal with their customer service except for the money I must spend from the gift card. Also, the staff here had absolutely no personalities and the staff were whispering to each other and laughing when I was trying to reason with the manager about the issue with return. ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS!!!

if i could leave zero stars i would. the employees AND manager at this location are HORRIBLE. so extremely rude, lazy, and arrogant. I don’t know how this company allows such RUDE AND LAZY workers to work here. There are multiple complaints under the reviews yet this nothing is being done. DO BETTER!!!!

I mean, if I can rate this a zero I would I went in store to purchase two shirts which came out to $53 for two shirts. I purchased a red maroon shirt and a gray shirt. Both of them didn’t fit me but when I had got home to try them on, I noticed that the red shirt had deodorant on it so I had went back the next day to return it, considering that it had deodorant on it and they told me that I couldn’t return it because it was already stained My question is, why aren’t they keeping up with their clothing and making sure that every clothing piece out Is clean and not dirty. Keep in mind I don’t wear deodorant because my armpits don’t stink.

I had the best experience today. I was helped by the manager (or Assistant Manager) from the beginning to the very end. She went above and beyond to help me. I let her know I had never really shipped for myself and I want even sure what was in trend or not or what looked good on me. She secured a fitting room for me and came to see me countless times with new items I might like, but also to give feedback on how the items I was trying on looked. She was incredibly patient, encouraging and kind, and honestly I’ll never forget it. I have to mention, the rest of the staff were also friendly. And this wasn’t the first time I’ve had such empowering help from the staff. I shopped there like 2.5 years ago and I remembering having a pleasant experience then too. I have to give that employee a gold star shoutout tho! I belive he her name was Jaylee? It’s probably not her name but thank you so much for your help today! It meant more to me than you know!!🫶🏼

Terrible customer service. Out of all the girls there only one looked happy. They were all very rude, forced me to leave a minor in the fitting room while they allowed another minor and their parent to go in after they told me it’s not allowed. Choose better employees.

Wow. Where do I start.
I had bought a swimsuit top and bottom because I found it cute, the worker who sold it to me also told me the policy rules - in case I had wanted to return it. After taking it home, I realized the top was a bit uncomfortable and small - so NOT even a WEEK later I go back (I returned within 3 days I believe.) and ask if it’s possible to exchange or return - as I still had all the ORIGINAL tags, did not wash, use, wear, tear or etc. All in the same condition it was bought in, following EVERY policy rule. Yet I was then told the day I went back that “oh, you can’t return stuff that was on final sale, swimwear, etc. It’s on our receipt” and then stares at me like I’m crazy for asking? I got confused as this never happened to me before, so I left. I knew something wasn’t right, so I called CUSTOMER SERVICE myself and spoke with them for 45 minutes. They told me that the worker was in the wrong, and very clearly incorrect - as well as sent an email to me to SHOW PROOF that a customer service representative is allowing me to exchange or return it. THANK YOU CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - if it wasn’t for you correcting these LAZY, ignorant, rude careless workers - I wouldn’t be able to return or exchange. I just don’t get why queens center mall garage staff members have to LIE TO CUSTOMERS ABOUT returning items?
Moral of the story: these staff members in queens center mall are too lazy to do simple stuff themselves and would rather lie to your face, although they chose the job. If you need stuff done, call customer service. The representative was so lovely, very patient and understanding too - easygoing. She was able to look in my account, find details of the item that’s wanted to return, and verify with the managers, as well as send an email for confirmation and proof. Amazing.

When I came here right at opening, there was only me and a white lady shopping in the whole store. Guess who the employee chose to follow around the whole time? You got it, the brown girl. Which is wild considering she seemed to be the only employee there. I would be more concerned about keeping an eye on the cash register or the exit than on following a costumer around; but that’s just me.At one point I went to the back of the store (oh no! Prime stealing location, she’s going to take something!!) so she ran to ask me what size I needed. BUT before I could answer her, she walked away to assist the white lady who called for her. You can’t make this stuff up. It was such an uncomfortable experience, why would I want to buy anything after that? I would strongly recommend some serious racial bias training because if you’re going to follow and harass costumers, make sure you do it to everyone. Otherwise it’s just profiling. I didn’t get the employee’s name but she looked to be in her 20s and Asian.

I would’ve gave more stars but my last experience at this store wasn’t pleasant. I walked in on June 25 th around 5:00pm. I was just looking for a few shirts to change right after I purchased the shirts. As I just came from work and wanted a different shirt to change into because I was going out to take pictures after shopping. I love the clothes here. I was looking around and found four shirts as I was taking them to the fitting room everything was okay. But as I was walking into the fitting room the person working in the fitting room asked me how many shirts I had. I was extremely exhausted from working a few hours before and me being tired said 3. She immediately grabs the clothes and says” no you have four”. She gave me an attitude and I tell her my fault I’m a little tired. I go into the fitting room try everything on come out and give her one of the four shirts and as I’m walking out she says mad loud,” how many shirts do you have”. Which made me feel comfortable and angry. Mind you I don’t have a big bag or anything like that with me. I say three and walk away. That worker made my experience annoying frustrating and uncomfortable. I understand I messed up with the amount of items I had in my hands but that doesn’t mean you go full security mode on me. I was tired and told her that but she still tried to call me out which I didn’t appreciate. That was my third time shopping at this location . I made an account on the app with the cashier Evelyn who was very helpful to me. But the lady in the fitting room needs to learn how to treat customers. I am very disappointed with my interaction with the lady in the fitting room. I don’t think I will be returning to this store as the worker in the fitting room on June 25 th around 4:45-4:50pm was not very pleasant to me I didn’t catch her name but the time and date should help the store to know who she was and hopefully teach their workers better. I took so long to write the review because I didn’t think it was necessary but I don’t want what happened to me to happen to anyone else. I’m including the receipt and me in the fitting room below.
