Not sure why this store loves to put hats on the floor when helping customers . I guess to make it easier to shuffle them but come on !!! Some guy with a tattoo on his arm dragged my beige hat all over. Doesn't make any sense . Where is the owner ? I'm not buying anymore

I went to jamaica Avenue.The lids was closed. Which it doesn't say on the website. Then I went to the one in queens boulevard.They were working on the store in the middle of the day and wouldn't let me in to buy the hat that I needed for a baby shower.They were very unprofessional and I felt they should have done their story arrangements at night. I explained to them the nature of what just happened to me and he didn't even seem to care. I didn't like that. And it was very inconvenient.I will never go back there again. I visited the location in Queens center mall, and honestly I never had a bad experience until now lately this location is been going down hill. I was waiting to pay for my hat only 2 people in front of me and 10 minutes later the line didn’t move. I asked an associate if the they could open another register and his reply was you have to wait there is nothing to do. I decided to put the hat back and left the store 6 associates one register I’m thinking on never coming back to buy hats in the store anymore, poor management and horrible customer service.

Ownership needs to reevaluate their employees. They are extremely rude and unprofessional.
They were threatening a customer who had his son with him in the store.
I left, wasn’t spending any money there. I hope that customer contacts the owner.

Had a great experience at this Lids store, Diego, Jason, Nick and Damian took care of me, they were attentive and patient with me! had some custom work I needed to do in two hats for my Barber competition make sure you follow me on IG: wealthybarber , this store is always busy and the guys took care of me like champs Im greatful for the costumer service they’re giving! Top of the Line costumer service! 5 starts for them

Store hours dont match time store closes..... been there 3 times this week and their inside hanging out and saying store is closed I arrive at 9pm @ 8:30 pm and @ 8pm three different times and management says they close when they want. The website is wrong about store hours. I wasted gas three times just to be told I can't buy my son a hat....... lids shame on you..... queens center mall
