Do not go on a Sunday or when it’s busy. I’ve come many times here and never have I gotten an overcooked steak until yesterday. Service was bad, over an hour and a half to sit and an hour for the food. On top of which the steak comes well done… not going to waste time or money going back on a Sunday again. Upon entering Longhorn approximately 10:00 p.m. as myself and my guest walked in I encountered a Hostess eating cookies (still chewing as we entered ). About two or three servers standing at the front as well with their back turned to the door no one greeted us and then finally they turned around and said hi table for two? We waited over 15 to 20 minutes to be seated. when I bought the matter to the attention of the manager she became argumentative and combative because I was expressing my my concerns and yes I was a little irate as I had the right to be considering I waited for over 20 minutes just for a seat no proper greeting no Waters no menus were given to me or anything of the sort this is unacceptable.I dined at your location one other time for my birthday and had an amazing time, as to why I Revisited this establishment however the lack of concern or empathy for the guests as well as the unprofessionalism that the staff presented in this particular moment was terrible and unacceptableHostess chewing & on her phone. Cooks spinning plates & horesplaying. It was just a loud unprofessional atmosphere, and it wasnt the patrons.The To Go Person was in outside clothes ( hoodie & blue jeans taking orders- eating food while talking to customers, etc)After requesting a MGR- it took the mgr about 7-10 minutes to appear & address our concerns- someone yelled out- anyone know where the mgr is ??The Pita chips for the parm spin dip were extremely overcookedIve worked in hospitality for over 15 years! The service at this place sucks, and it really leaves a bad taste in the mouth of your consumer.Fix it and Fix it fast, or watch your Establishment Crumble.MOD obviously- condones the behaviors. Theyre a direct reflection of her. She didnt check back with us, after our exchg or anything.This was my and a friend of mines 1st time hanging out, outside of work and our experience was ruined.Do you have secret shoppers, or does mgmnt check on their store?Looking at the trajectory from last years sales to this years there HAS TO BE A DECLINE!The only thing saving your establishment is most likely the GREAT FOOD & the reasonably priced drinks , no way its The Staff or the Service.

I had nothing against this particular restaurant & frequented it quite a few times but 2 days ago on Thursday the service wasn’t the same..The hostess that seated guests as they came in is the same 1 that was wiping down the tables after the guests was leaving..I used the bathroom when I 1st got there & b4 I left & both times she came in the bathroom with me. She fixed her make up , used the bathroom & walked right out BOTH TIMES..She did NOT wash her hands at all.. That turned me off..Also , the utensils was very dirty that was given 2 me..It took 3 different times for me 2 receive new utensils b4 I was satisfied bcuz they were not clean…My waitress was good though but won’t be back here 4 a while..That hostess with the red lipstick turned me off!!

Steak is delicious, I love the mash potatoes and the BBQ sauce is great. I would give a 5 for the service but they take a little long to bring the food even though it’s not busy.

Came here on a Monday evening. The restaurant is nice and spacious. Inside the restaurant is dim, gives off hunting lodge vibes. The host was very friendly. After shortly being seated, our server came over with our menu. Looking around, the floor was dirty, and the little light lamps by our table had a bunch of dust hanging. Definitely, this restaurant needs some cleaning done. On to the menu, there is a nice variety of foods to choose from for your main dish. For drinks, we ordered a corona and a frozen strawberry margarita. Margarita was served in a big glass. Margarita was tasty and strong. For appetizers, we ordered the seasoned steak house wings, which is served with blue cheese dressing and a side of buffalo sauce. Wings were super flavorful on their own without the buffalo sauce. Wings were nice and crispy and seasoned very well. I loved the chunky blue cheese dressing. Now on to our main course. We ordered the 6 oz. Renegade Sirloin & 8 ct. Redrock Grilled Shrimp. That order comes with two side dishes, I ordered a side of Caesar salad and loaded baked potato. We ordered New York Strip* 12 oz with a side order of steakhouse mac & cheese and fire- grill corn on the cob. Caesar salad was good they put just the right amount of dressing on it. When my renegade sirloin meal came out, I immediately saw they served my meal with the wrong side options. Instead of the loaded baked potato, it was served with a bunch of asparagus, seasoned rice pilaf, and a whole side bowl of crispy brussels sprouts. I told our server that it's not the side dishes I had ordered. He looked a bit confused and said, "No worries, it's on the house, and he would get me my loaded baked potato." Here's the thing that gets to me, just because a server says oh the incorrect food plated is on the house does not mean that the customer automatically is happy." Our server could have easily taken back my food and served it correctly. When you see a bunch of side dishes that you don't eat plated on your dish, you sort of lose your appetite. I really did not get to enjoy this meal. Steak was tough and overcooked. It was well done instead of medium well as I requested, but then again, I was served someone else's food. The only thing I enjoyed were the shrimps. Now, onto my boyfriends meal, the New York Strip, the steak was more juicer, giving it's a better cut of the steak. I was not a fan of the mac and cheese. The corn was descent. It pains me to have to write reviews like this. I honestly was looking forward to enjoying my meal given that this was our first time ever at a LongHorn Steakhouse. But between the dirty floors, dusty light lamps and incorrect food served to us we were disappointed.

I reached at the restaurant...five booths with customers. They had us wait for 30 minutes..two survers showed. We waites another 15 minutes before we were seated. We ordered appetisers. Drinks came after the appetisers. They brought our main course without clearing out the table of the appetisers dishes. In the main time workers around yarning. Didn't offer the salad with the meals.

Decent food ! The steaks had lots of flavor and were good cuts of meat. Fatty and smoky beef with good sear. I got the ribeye. The fries and baked potato were good! However, the drinks were way too sweet and tasted artificial. The service was also poor - they took ages just to get our order and they weren’t very friendly. We waited a good 10 mins just for them to collect our credit card after they’d given us the bill. Overall, a decent meal given the steak quality.

What a awful experience. The waitress forgot my daughters food even though we reminded her several times while my other kids ate then admitted she rang it up wrong and didn't put my daughters order in at all. Added sides to our bill we never ordered. She also lied to my husband about them being out of salad that was supposed to come with his entree, yet every other table had salad! Instead of asking for the manager yet again we accepted that the service is gonna be bad. She then whispered something to the other waitress bad about us (I can read lips its part of my job) like its our fault she's forgetful and slow? I was confused because we were nice at first. Food tasted fine but such horrible slow and inaccurate service who cares how the food tastes. Don't waste your time go somewhere else.

Like always this location is so freaking good. Always a consistent experience. Steaks are very delicious and I’m a fan of steaks and theirs are top notch. Will be back again like always!
