He talked me through a bunch of possible causes, gave me great advice, was enthusiastic and absolutely pleasant. He recommended I get a new battery for it, then take it from there. Didn't try to sell me on anything or even bring it in, just gave advice from his own experience and deep knowledge as a die-hard Mac head. I continue to have excellent experiences over the tears with Polar Tech: Computer Repair & IT Services Connect over the years. This time, with Patrick initially through the phone communication and the technician who came to the residence, the process was again smooth and easy. Both personnel were very patient with me, an old, slow man. Kudos to them and, if she is still there, Esther for being such a stable, communicative, effective administrator.
