Receptionists are unprofessional have bad business communication skills. Rescheduling is harder. You need to requesting English teacher to avoided kid confused from any accent during learning. I think the school need to improve stuffs. Good luck to all parents!!

This place provides one-on-one musical instruments tutoring. Actually they have 2 locations in Elmhurst. And we always go the one near the New Town Church. Majority of the tutors have the degree from the musical institutions. The tutor we have for years is very nice and also strict. Besides teaching all the musical knowledge and performing skills, they help the kids get prepared for the NYSSMA and RCM exams. My daughter's NYSSMA exam scores are always kept at "outstanding" and "excellent" without fail. Besides the tutoring classes, they also provide practicing time for students. They encourage customers having musical instruments at home, and provide refurbished piano at reasonable price. The price tag of their tutoring class is higher than the local peers, but has been kept the same for several years.
