Went in knowing the couch we wanted. Yuri was helpful and got us what we needed without trying to upsell us. We still shopped around a bit after, but came back to our original choice. My experience at this location was a pleasant one. Manager Yuri was very patient and helpful. I was able to find the perfect mattress. Customer service representative Rosa was pleasant and very quick with processing my invoice. I recommend this store highly! I'll be back for the sofa in the picture.
