I was there today and it was really disappointed, I spoke to a guy who works there, I spoke to him in Spanish he looked at me with a dismissive face and said “i don’t speak spanish” I told him it's ok I speak English and he replied that he couldn't help me. I had to look for the other advisors none of them gave me an answer, she said I had to wait on the waiting list knowing it wasn’t busy, just to find a color of my shade of concealer, since the only color that was on the counter looked open and used (I'm not talking about the try me), really disappointed with the service no one looks forward to help you

Was there to get perfume was super excited about it but I just left without anything because of the workers. I had straight up eye contact with two of them and tried to speak with them but they just or fired me and pretended I wasn't there. Workers are pretty rude.

I was in your store for the first time, I had several gift cards and I was ready to use them. The girl at the cashier checked my balance very kindly and notified the girl on the floor that I needed help finding the perfect color for my foundation, they asked my name and I waited for help, there were 3 girls on the floor who pretended not to see me, they were talking to each other and never approached me, other customers came in and they paid attention to them. Maybe they saw me as someone who didn't have money. I got tired of waiting and feeling invisible to them and left the store. Very bad experience.

Worst Sephora store ever. Corporate should visit their stores and see how nasty and lazy their employees are. All they do is apply make up, chit chat, and disappear when you need their help.

This place usually has good service, yet my experience today was off putting in my next visit. I’ve picked up orders before, so I went to the area near the door for pickup. Walked up and told the worker ( maybe called Allan) that I was here for pickup. I was dismissed very quickly without a glance and told pickup was being done by another employee near the NARS section. Though strange, I followed through with the instructions. Only to be told it was near the door like I’ve known from past visits. I would normally be ok with such mistake. However when I came back no more than a couple of minutes, he did not apologize for his misdirections. In fact no basic greeting was exchange, except for “do you have the barcode”. Not only did this make me annoyed but frustrated with the lack of manners that person exhibited

Very bad service attitude! I was using Mackupforever foundation, and a waiter came to me and told me that I could not try it, and repeatedly warned me that the bottle said trial package, and there were disposable tools on site for customers to try, how would I know if it was suitable for me if I didn't try it, I am also the highest ranking member of the store, I know the rules, does the waiter think I can't afford it?

Sephora is 1 of my favorite stores to purchase colognes.
That was till I visited this location.
I was short on time and didn’t get a chance to go to my regular Sephora near my job in Manhattan.
I came in here since I was in Queens Center Mall already picking up items at other stores for my trip.
As I walked in I wasn’t greeted by anyone, it took about 5 minutes of standing in front of the cologne I wanted before I was offered assistance.
I’m used to the Sephora WTC location which provides great service all the time. The QCM location didn’t have any sort of display testers available for me to try till the salesperson came over and opened the drawer with them in it.
This location should hire more staff and have colognes readily available to test without having to flag down the non existent sales people to try and smell anything.

Unprofessional and disorganized. I do not recommend using this store for any item pick ups unless you want to bring home busted beauty products. I regret not shipping the items to my home.

I was able to find what I needed fairly easily, but most of the staff need an attitude check. They seem more concerned with gossiping amongst themselves than actually doing work and assisting customers.
