Our family decided to do a large take out order from here and, unfortunately, the flavors were just not up to par with other Chinese restaurants in the area. The restaurant is relatively small and a bit on the dingy side, but takeout orders are big here because of the small amount of dining space. Customers typically order the roast meats, but this restaurant also has the typical kitchen entrees that you can order for large family gatherings. The roast meats, specifically the roast pig isn't that bad, but the kitchen entrees were quite disappointing. The Young Chow Fried Rice was a bit on the mushy side and the flavors of their food were just blah. With all of this said, I probably would just come here to get their roast meats over rice and skip the kitchen entrees in the future.

Great place nearby for Chinese bbq! The food has been consistently good. I like to come here for brunch congee and roast meats over rice. Every time I've dined in, the food has been delicious. One time I got an order of roast pork to go and didn't like it as much but feel like that was a one off. The service has been good for us. It's also been the same gentleman that has waited our table and he's always been helpful and nice.

As this is one of the few Chinese restaurants in the neighborhood, I cannot complain. Their food is pretty good and it's definitely comparable to the Chinese restaurants in Chinatown. Not only that, it's cheaper than in Chinatown.

Amazing soy chicken and old-school Cantonese eats by a chef who knows what they're doing. The chicken uses the unique breed specially for Chinese poached chicken: tender, silky, mild, and a perfect balanced skin to fat to meat ratio. Surprised to find such attention detail and execution in a ramshackle hole in the wall.Order from the breakfast menu for expert Cantonese dishes at a great price. Highly recommend the roast dishes, congee, and rice rolls.

Service was fast. The roasted duck was delicious, but keep in mind that you'll get these meats cold. At least we did. Has to be reheated when you get home, tried having a piece in the car and it wasn't warm at all. The roasted pig I was not a fan of, there was barely any crispy skin and the pork was under seasoned and slightly gamey . I'd definitely return when I have a duck craving. Also cash only.

Roast pork was cold and overcooked. Noodles were cold also flavorless and thick. Service was fast. Food was cheap.

One of the OGs in the neighborhood having the best lowkey Cantonese food for if u know u know it spots. Their sanitation got a pretty bad rating which worries me but the food has been always good. The thousand year porridge is the best here and a few dishes as well. Roast port is amazing here as well. Neighborhood OH Canto food but I wish they focus more on the sanitation.

I usually go here for roasted duck and congees with fried dough. It's pretty decent. I've recommended families and friends to try their BBQs.

Food is great. Good old traditional cantonese restaurant, not too many places do it this way anymore. Get it while its still here before another asian "FUSION" takes over.Parking: No parking lot but there is street parking. Order ahead then run in grab and go. No parking needed.

First time here, walked in & the people were so friendly & they got my food fast, the food is cheap & good. Decent portion & delicious food, definitely coming back.
