Horrible. My device stopped working and they said no matter what I take “an L” they’re disgusting and rude. I specifically told my mother not to go because they were rude and she had a problem today, she said no maybe it’s just certain associates. No they were just as disgusting to her. I told her I’ve been warned and that even I had a horrible experience. If you’re not black or white they won’t help you politely. Needs Spanish speakers and asap. Needs to rehire staff, needs to retrain especially managers. Never had one good experience there. I had to call store support and they helped. I don’t know what this location is good for tbh. The manager is just as useless and untrained employees

Nelson was a huge help to me when i walked in i didn't know what type of plan i wanted or even the exact phone i wanted to upgrade to and by the time i walked out i was walking out confident in the decisions he helped me to make i would recommend dealing with him whenever visiting this location he was an example of exemplary customer service

Today is Wednesday and the store is supposed to close at 9:00PM. I left my home, paid for parking to go to the store and arrived no later than 8:40PM to see that the store was closed.Earlier, I tried calling the store just after 8:00PM and nobody answered so who knows what time they decided to close.The store even had their hours posted on the glass indicating they closed at 9:00PM, what a joke ?

Just switched my mobile service to T-Mobile at Queens Center Mall, Queens, NY. Fast service with no up-selling involved. The rep answered all my questions regarding plans\service\extras and effected a quick port of my number without any glitches in an excellent & professional manner. Roderick is the man to see!

I went to the store to buy a new phone and at first I was being helped until I asked to use the phone since mine was damaged. The man said yes but just moments after her gave me the phone he said he would be right back, I watched him go into the employees office and come back out with his jacket and he did not return for 15 minutes. I waited for him to return and when he did not come back I asked another employee for some help and instead of helping she cut me off and told me to wait for him to come back, I believe her name was Leslie. I ended up leaving after no one else even looked my way to help and I went to another T-Mobile who were more than nice and helped me with all of my needs.

Hard to get assistance, all the employees are just chatting, theres like 5 of us waiting to be helped and they just sat there talking and socializing.. would not be surprised of this one closed, thinking of getting my phone at another dealer

I came in to purchase a new iphone. I was told the screen protector was free and there was a $70 activation fee. I later found out it was a $30 activation fee and they charged me $40 for the screen protector. They also put me on an insurance plan that cost $20 a month which I did not ask for. I would stay far away from this place. Shady business practices.

Tried to active a new phone NOTE 10 PLUS they didn't have the free sim for ANDROID okay i get how about the $2.99 one they should have that and i was told to go to corporate store to active a phone really? So how come they could active new phone when the S10 came and it was activated from this store?
