Can’t be worse than this time, I went this branch to withdraw money, I went to teller, her name is Syeda, she said my Id not in the file, I opened my account in Chinatown years ago. I updated my address about one month ago, I got cash from another branch teller couple weeks ago. All of these locations checked my id, how come my ID not in the system, I assumed this lady deleted my ID, and just wanted me going the customer service, so she wouldn’t have any responsibility for the withdrawal. And also before she wanted me going to customer service. She didn’t even ask for help, just wanted me go the other side. That’s even worse!

The worst customer service that I’ve seen. I went there for applying credit card, the assistant catherine assigned me and I’ve been there for 4 times total and she doesn’t give any detail information that I need for the credit card. And she doesn’t let me to open savings account at the moment. One of my friends have open their savings account conveniently at other branches and I’m struggling right now. Now I’m deciding to change the other bank. FYI

TD Bank Credit Card Customer Service is the worst.
I have called 3 times to check my Secured Credit Delivery status and all 3 different people answered different way.
First call: My credit card is already approved since two weeks ago and she followed up with the TD Branch at Elmhurst Boulevard. Bank staff Alan claimed that he already approved it and will deliver within 7days.
Second call: Customer service anyhow said that my data’s cannot find in their system.
Third call: cannot solve the issue and asked me to come down nearby branch again.
