Absolutely the worst branch to exist . Is td bank actually paying these people . Fire them all and close this location . Drive up? Forget about it !!! No one will show up to the window . Line will miles long inside . Don’t waste your time and drive to another branch

Worst customer service the whole staff should be replacedAlso they dont pick up the phone im calling for an incident i saw yesterday when i was using the atm in the lobby of a guy tampering with what looked loke a skimmer im calling to explain all and give emnthe time since im at work all day ive called literary 20 times since 10am it is now 4pm and not one person picked up the phone..

The worst TD Bank branch I have experienced on the east coast. People here are slow and unhappy.I've been here waiting now for 15 minutes. Thursday afternoon, light is green, but no one insite. Not the first time they pull this. The service is even worse when you get inside.

Worst service by the lazy and disrespecful employees working specially the lady infront of the computer who has no willingness to be honest about required documents and not helpful at all. Im closing out all my td bank accounts bcuz of her today.

I have made an appointment to open an account at 8:30 am because I start working 10am around this area. When I arrived to check in, they only offer walk in service. It wasted my time coming here. There was only one tailor on the table, and people were waiting.

Too many employees not putting enough emphasis on customers time. Everybody training everybody? Why no diversity here? No black customers...no black employees...maybe not a bank for us. Smh.
