I really don’t know where to begin. Never seen a customer care at the store telling me that if you have manners to fold back those 5 shirts while I was still shopping at the moment. Karma will fall back and all. When asked right away at the counter to speak to the manager said she is eating and will not call. Of course my husband was very upset and told there after. On top of it she assumed and told me to keep it down as it is not good. For my baby. ( she assumed while looking at me physically). Did not even bother to address it when the second cashier came in and said we can leave while the first person has stopped now and will not talk when asked her name.I really need to complain it to the store manager and let them know what has happened. Worst worst customer care service and have to leave humiliated with no fault of mine.

The wait is horrible. And the employees take their sweet time. To serve the customer. Only one cashier and she didn't know what she was doing. And the other one came and it was worse. Very slow

Very bad experience, I bought 2 girl's t-shirts that were on a table that had a sign with the price of $4.99 dl. When I paid, the cashier said that they were $18.46 dl. and I started to tell her that that was not the price, so I took them from the table. It has a price of $4.99dl to give me my money back. She asks the "manager" and she tells her that is her price, very reluctantly. By the way, I explain the problem to the person in charge and she tells me, "These are long sleeves," I tell her all of them. The ones there have long sleeves, he says, or it's because it's a Christmas design. I tell him they're all Christmas ones, and what's more, I saw them on the internet and they're at a lower price and he says, well, show them to me and I'll give them to you as they are on the internet. She doesn't know how to respect the prices or discounts the store has, she shouldn't be in that position. People on the line listened to our conversation and many left their articles for the same problem. The cashier did not want to serve me, she told me to wait, there were 2 more people in front of me and the person in charge called those who were going to pay with a card. She didn't expect that I had a card, so she helped me and made me look for the items on the internet. so be careful of prices and "promotions".

I came to the QUEENS CENTER MALL CHILDRENS PLACE to do an order pick up because I received an email stating my order was ready for pickup. I double checked and called to confirm if the order was actually ready. When I called they said it’s ready to come and get it. When I arrived I showed my email confirmation and then they said they couldn’t find my order. BIG WASTE OF MY TIME and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This was a big inconvenience as this is sold out now.

Horrible experience, they have the worst customer service at this place, there’s always the same lady at the register who has the ugly face every time she has to attend a customer, she’s short, long dark hair, I forgot to ask her name but omg i hate going to the register bc she has the worst customer service, she makes customers wait for no reason, the whole place is a mess, they never fix anything around, the worst children’s place in queens.

Went to Queens Center location numerous times - the store is suppose to be open at 10am, however it’s never on time!!! They will have you waiting up to 15 minutes like a dumb!!! The staff is very rude!!! Horrible experience!!!

I've been a children's place customer for over 25 years I must say the workers have changed tremendously the Spanish cashier was extremely rude! very disrespectful instead of attending to the customer she was ringing she was harassing me and another customer who were having a conversation I believe she was the manager she asked us if we had a problem? we both were confused because neither of us were talking to her I don't think ill be back at this location I will also contact corporate.

This place is un walkable. You can’t even walk by, they’ve made it too tight and full. How diesI don’t recommend coming here, I can’t imagine when it’s busy and full.

Cashier is very rude and customer service is poor. Hispanic cashier who worked evening shift. She thought I couldn't speak English. I went there at 6:00 and was going to purchase$ 300 school shopping but one cashier half colord hair she was scriming with me.She need to learn how to behave with customers .

I went to this store today and bought items for my daughter. When I was paying, the cashier offered me a rewards card so I said yes. She didn't specify that the rewards card was actually a credit card. I got an alert from my credit monitoring app that I had a hard inquiry from Children's Place. I went back to the store to tell them i didn't apply for a credit card and to please cancel it. They said it cannot be cancelled anymore and also told me I wasn't approve anyway. Of course I'm not going to be approved because I have 3 open credit cards already and that's why I never applied for one. If I only knew that it was a credit card that she was offering me, I would have said no immediately. Now, I have minus 7 in my credit report that shouldn't be there. Please be careful when they ask you if you want a rewards card so you'll not end up getting hard inquiry in your credit report.

I went in on May 17, 2021 in the evening to buy things for my kids and was racially profiled. An employee came over to asked if I needed help and I told her no. She began to have an attitude so I got what I needed and she stood there watching me. I then took what I needed and place the pants back. When I walked away she throw them on the floor and told the manager "Iris" she is going home early. I spoke to Iris about the discomfort and she said sorry. What? The employee who racially profiled me should have apologized
