understaffed.. yes.. but the biggest problem is how incompetent and unprepared the customers here are. as much as usps workers have to do their job you should come prepared, i dont get why everytime i go nobody knows how to mail/ship an item or understand basic common sense rules.

It could be a nice place but it's been neglected by the USPS. They don't have an APC machine, they never had one. It's 2025, but here it's 2001. A painful experience that reminds you of why you hate the USPS.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received at this USPS location. This has been, without question, the worst post office experience I have ever had.
The staff were unprofessional, unfriendly, and unhelpful. I went in to send a military care package to my husband, who is stationed overseas. Without even acknowledging that I was using a military care kit box, I was told that their internet “wasn’t working” and they couldn’t process it. I returned the next day and I was ignored. I stood at the counter for 20 minutes without any acknowledgment from the employee. When she finally came she said that her internet is not working again and she cannot ship international with no explanation, no apology, and no offer to help.
Only when I tried to clarify that the package wasn’t international mail but military mail going to U.S. military soil she was quiet and took the box and my payment. Quiet the entire time. This level of service is unacceptable. USPS should be hiring people who are at least willing to treat customers with basic respect and courtesy, especially when they are trying to send important items to service members. I sincerely hope this location is reviewed and that steps are taken to improve staffing and customer service.

I tried to ship a reused box from Amazon with the “Amazon prime” tape on it on June 25, 2025. I shipped many such reused boxes in past. This time they said oh no, that is advertising on the box, we won’t take it. They told another person who tried to ship such a box the same thing. It is a “new rule” that is “on the wall”, that was instigated “last month”. What a load of crap. I paid postage and you now care what’s on the box? UPS from now on for me. Will not use these jokers if I can avoid them, out of spite.
I used to put up with the slow ass, lazy workers (some of whom talk on the phone the whole time while working) because this place is close to home and I can scan QR code on phone and have them print the label. But usps never goes uphill, only downhill. They keep going to newer lows to make the service more painful to use.

Don't waste your time and money paying extra for priority shipping because your package arrives when they want it. What a bad experience it's been several times since this happens. They don't return the money and your package arrives a week later. They don't care that you need your delivery quickly.

Worst post office ever! Two black staff were on the phone all the time and refused to provide service. I would go to the one on junction Blvd if possible.

People working here are extremely rude especially “Shanice” and “Shadi” they didn’t even tried to help me and when I asked them politely please if you could check the box I was there literally 15 minutes before and asked her if she could find my box that was dropped 15 minutes before she didn’t even tried t help or hear what I had to say she began shouting at me and saying you don’t know how things work here and said me to get out. They should know that they there to help assist the people who goes in there they are not there to fight with everyone who goes in there they not getting paid for that and they should have a basic common sense instead of fighting. The workers in here are terrible i don’t know if they take the jobs for granted they are always rude and if you ask for help they just yell at the customer they are illiterate and rude they have to learn some basic human nature thats barbaric. People working on government jobs should be helpful to people people should be kicked out of the jobs for this behavior this is too much.

I dropped a parcel on 03/29/2024... they said there would be no receipt for the same... I already requested that it's urgent, but it's more than 24 hours, but on the app, it doesn't show 'in transist', and after reading all the reviews, I don't think my parcel will move from the USPS... today, 11th April, still no progress..
BEWARE... The post employee's are fraud... they steal my package, and when I did complain, they said the package was never dropped... need to file a police complaint

If you are looking for one of these offices, I recommend not coming to this location, it is the worst service and customer service you can receive, they say they do not speak Spanish, if you don't want your day to be ruined, avoid coming here and look for another location.

I was very disappointed with their service, I just asked something important before I sent my letter, they behaved in the least polite manner. It is not appropriate for people who do not have good manners to work serving the community.
