If I could give zero stars, I would. The service here was absolutely terrible, and the rudeness was beyond belief. The middle-aged Spanish female staff member had no knowledge of her job, and the bald male manager treated customers as test subjects for her to practice on.
Worst of all, instead of taking responsibility for their incompetence, they blamed the customers. Completely unacceptable service—avoid this place at all costs

I used to buy/upgrade my phones at this store for many years. Yesterday I went to the store to upgrade my phone, after looking on line I had an idea which phone I wanted. I went to this store to look at the actual physical phones. No one greeted me when I came in, no one tried to help me while I looked at the phones, finally when I was almost ready to choose all sales people were sitting looking at their phones. I stood looking at the sales staff but no one noticed me, so I walked out. Did I mention that I was the only customer in the store? This store is useless. I can buy my next phone at Best Buy or Costco; I don't need Verizon.

The staff are friendly but the store is functionally useless. Was previously unable to help with my phone account despite being the authorized user. Today was unable to help me return Fios hardware. What’s the point of having a physical location for support if they can never help? I worked in consumer tech (phone/computer repair) for 6 years and can’t believe how unhelpful Verizon consistently seems to be.

this place become the worst of the interst this is how stores go down by own employees where i wen to a store when i purchase a item from internet and visit this store to try to fix my issue on this store
costumer service send us to give on this location our items .(tradein) the unique employees at 12:45 around the employees are just looking their phones all faces down when i get into store . get there to explain all the situation to a worker already speaking one eployee and this sr. came mr. option to say that they give option if i dont like them leave store because him belivep online purchase cant bring to store balls to tell costumer they give option is not option what i came for is a fix a thing that system do wrong they dont care cz i came from internet purchase . so they just proced to pass to phone call from store when i can do that at home . very tree bad actitude this days humanity will end each other . no way of being normal to hear and clear clients i recomend stay at home and let this store close. no buying nothing from them . at end i never fix anything with them and i walk away ignoring them to trash service bad actitude overal if i have power they will not be there selling a phone again .. them costumers come inside to buy and the one who was talking me leave me to atend others because they just conect you to a phone in store same you can do at home . dont go store. they are just sellers. viciuos sellers

I don’t write reviews a lot this was one of the worst experiences I had with Verizon. Me and my boyfriend went in for a phone upgrade iPhone we had preorder online for a pick up . We later sat down by the island table across from each other. Trying to download the data on the phone , half way doing it we were ask to leave the store by SIMON bc he was bringing a customer that need to buy products. He told us to leave the store and sit outside make a right n sit by the sofa. I left the my seat for that customer to sit down and when he came back for the back room he told us again we have to leave the store .Later when we questioned he why we had to leave our seat he said that seat is only available for customers buying stuff. later then he did offer us somewhere else to sit in the store with a disrespectful attitude and was super rude. I think that were being RACIEST because there was another group of customers there for a trade in also and they were not ask to leave the table. Which is ridiculous? We left the store came back ask to see the store manager not sure if he even is but he basically stood up for his employees saying he did nothing wrong. And then another employee said SIMON didn’t do anything wrong and he saw the whole situation. Well I’m gonna take this to corporate and get to the end of this. We been using version for years and no body should be treated this way. We are in there for a nice experience and for good customer service not to be discriminated!

Most horrible experience switching over from T-Mobile the Representitve at the store, refused to do a in-store phone number transfer, said they don’t do it at the store, so I called customer service and they took my old cell phone number and transferred it to my Apple Watch instead of my new phone, worse decision I did was switching carriers because they won’t rectify a situation they created and want me to wait 3 business days do they hire anyone?

My elderly mother had a poor experience here recently while trying to return some equipment. Turns out the equipment was able to be returned just fine and that it wasn't necessary to argue with her in the first place. Proper customer service skills would've prevented the escalation.

The "display machine" here is just for "display". The store clerk said that it cannot be picked up and used.

NEVER EVER will set foot on that store. The worst customer service EVER! Upon entering, we just got nasty looks as if we were disturbing the three people sitting there doing nothing. NONE of them asked if we wanted help. Finally, WE had to ask and the person who decided to MOVE to assist had NO IDEA about plans, or proposed ideas for out requested upgrade. And he had the WORST attitude. And he had dirt on his face. Disgusting.

The customer service is terrible.
They made me pay double the bill and when I went to claim it, they didn't want to return it, they told me to call customer service and they told me to go to the store.
The person who helped me here did not want to give me information about the promotions they have.
Worst.

I didn't directly experience the manager's rudeness but I witnessed him be extremely rude to an old lady who was a customer. How nauseating that you allow men like that to be in positions of leadership.
