I didn't directly experience the manager's rudeness but I witnessed him be extremely rude to an old lady who was a customer. How nauseating that you allow men like that to be in positions of leadership.

I had an amazing experience at this location. Everyone was attentive and helpful. Every question I had, was answered and they assisted me with getting a new phone and setting up all my information. The manager was very kind as well as the rep that assisted me. Will definitely be coming back here whenever I need help with anything!

Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the customer service I received at this Verizon store where I went to buy a new phone. The store manager was rude and arrogant from the start, and he did not provide me with the correct information. He also treated my father, who does not speak English, with disrespect and did not offer any alternative help. To make matters worse, there was another customer who had a verbal altercation with the manager because of his poor service. This was the worst experience I have ever had with Verizon, and I feel like they do not value their customer, even though I am spending money and buying a new device from them. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your customer service quality. I do not want to deal with such unpleasant and incompetent staff again.

What’s going on with the employees there and thier small little attitude??…I hate writing one star because I give the Benefit of the doubt!..today an employee came to me and attended me then told me to wait while he was In call and then proceeded with me and then as I talked about my problem he had the blank stare like he didn’t care he didn’t say how are you.. just a how can I help you?..after I talked shortly with him he he didn’t smile nor he didn’t show any emotion after I said thank you so much!!…Felt like he was tired and wanted to go home! His lack of emotion and professionalism is not cool!!…train your employees better please!!!!..they gave a ghetto attitude!..no positive energy in them whatsoever..where you find these workers???

I wish I read the reviews earlier... the reps here are really nasty. I have 15 lines with verizon, and the rep there talks to you in such a condescending manner. What happened to the words 'hello', 'thank you' instead of the 'mmhmm'. SO GHETTO!

If you would like a terrible experience where associates belittle you , come here. I did not have such a good experience especially being that I came in already knowing what I wanted, I just wanted a good experience out of it as well. Well.. we can start off with me arriving , when I arrived all of the employees were all sitting at a table some even with their backs turn towards the door. While I was walking in , everyone surrounding the table just continued to stare at me without saying a word which made it already awkward. It wasn’t until I went all the way into the store and at the table they were all sitting at that I received a word for any of the employees, just reminding you I am the only customer in the store and it is extremely dead. Very terrible that I wasn’t greeted as soon as I came into the store especially being that the store is empty and dead at the time. I proceed to say what I came for (specifically) since I wasn’t being asked and instead received stares from every employee, and that’s when a short darker skin male with a beard and short hair pointed to the other side of the table stating that one of them would be able to help me, I looked in the direction he was pointed and again just received more stares (again, awkward), so I then walked over to the other end of the table and then a lady with fair skin and black hair a bit heavy set with a thick hispanic accent started to ask me what was it that I wanted I started to tell her exactly and specifically what it was that I came for, I then walked over to see the devices since I came for an upgrade and since I haven’t seen the devices in person I was debating between two sizes , instead of the associate asking me or recommending me a device or giving me extra information that could be helpful towards my decision, she instead insisted on going back to her seat at the table where I had to initially approach her at and waited until I made my decision, she then proceeded to come to me to ask if I was ready multiple times and in a manner that felt pressuring to make a decision in that moment. She also showed agitation because I was trying to make a decision , rather than helping me and asking me any further questions about the devices I wanted to upgrade to. It was giving me more of a “brush off” attitude, more like she wanted it to be an easy transaction/ easy sale, and I also felt extremely belittled and uncomfortable when I told her I wanted to buy the device upfront because I did not want to pay monthly and she said with an attitude “well you know you have to pay taxes and fees too ” in a manner that made it feel as if I couldn’t afford it. I already knew what I had to pay I just wanted to come into the store to have the experience and instead I got the complete opposite and it felt so uncomfortable and instead of me staying and proceeding with the transaction I left, and the taller lighter bald male who seem like a manager did nothing to stop me leaving the store or asking if they can better assist me, actually nobody did. Nobody out of the 5-7 associates working on Thursday September 28, 2023 at 6:00pm at this location offered better assistance. The customer service was terrible , lousy, extremely belittling , awkward and unsatisfying and if I can rate 0 stars I would but I cannot so it gets a 1. When I asked T-Mobile for directions to the store even they gave me better assistance having to give me directions to a rivalry I had a better experience with.

I went at this store as a 4 years Verizon customer to return my old phones as part of upgrade and was told to WAIT while they they prioritize people who want to make the switch from T-Mobile to Verizon, I even confronted the manager on duty who did no even acknowledge me. This was on Saturday 9/30/23 around 3PM.Of course I'm thinking of going back to T-Mobile.

Darell, the store manager, was very nice, helped me a lot. I solved my problems. I'm very happy with Verizon because they have such great people.
