I had a terrible experience with the cashier who was unhelpful and rude. His years of service don’t excuse his nasty attitude. I won't be returning; CVS offers much better service.

This place is in Need of new management
making sure customers are welcomed in order to return to buy again, due to the level of rudeness from the cashier employees. I came I did 2 transactions to takeout cashback when I notified the hispanic lady at the register beforehand her reaction was to huff and buff, if you are not willing to have any patience to work with customers then why be at the cash register. Walgreens do better with your employees in retraining for customer service.

Went there for fedex drop off. Chinese lady at cashier really just looked at me then walked off to the beauty area like I was invisible. There was nobody on the line

Dark cashier is very rude to me in front of my kid. When my debit card not working , instead of suggesting changing another card but he said you don’t have money in your bank . Later I change to credit card , it works . It just my card not working but I cannot accept a cashier insult me not paying or no money in front of kids and other people behind me . His attitude makes me feel uncomfortable. I would never come back

no greeting , working playing phone infront of customer.
if you feel unhappy to come work, don't come :)
also, if you need something in the medicine area, please be patient , they will come after 5 mins maybe 🫢

If you want a DMV style experience with long lines and rude customer service this place has it all.
Cashiers are extremely rude and berate you for not handing over your money as fast as possible. The other Walgreens up the block is much better than this one.

If you work the cash register, the least you can say to a customer is hello, especially when the customer says hello to you. I approached the register with my items said hello, she didn’t say anything to me and proceeded to have a conversation with her coworker about weather she was staying or not, as if I wasn’t there. Then after I paid for my items I said thank you and guess what, no response, she just continued on with her conversation with her coworker. The store manager should train their staff of common human etiquette especially if they are the ones dealing with customers at point of sale.

I am surprised this place is still open after all these years. It feels a bit disorganized inside. Prices of items are typical jacked-up Walgreen price. I especially HATE the structure of the "deals" where you get some "rewards points" for buying MORE THAN ONE of an item. For instance, they'd advertise you get 2 tubes of toothpaste to get $3 of reward points. Why would I do that to pad Walgreen's topline? Just do it honestly by giving me $3 off directly. Jeez.
The staff was friendly when I interacted with them.
