This location's theft prevention announcement is a nuisance to the entire neighborhood. 4 times an hour, 24 hours a day is INSANE. I've stopped shopping from Walgreens completely because of the way they treat their customers who live in the area. Everything about this place is awful.

Rishi Sharma when asked about bathroom and he said to go to back and wait, I asked if there was someone else who could instead after he was finished counting. Rishi Sharma instead of asking someone else again says to wait at least 2-3x.I ask someone else andAlba instead of providing a different bathroom available for customer use just says it's flooded. I'm in the middle of needing to use the bathroom urgently and Alba just repeats herself that it's flooded. As I start to walk away annoyed Alba keeps repeating it more than 3x even after I've mentioned I did not want to speak to her more than 2-4x as the front asked me to wait in the back. Alba continues to follow me past 3 aisles.Customer had been staring me down when I was waiting for the bathroom asking if I've got a problem further exacerbating and escalating it. Do not come here. Horrible experience there's a reason why there's 2 stars

Pharmacy staff is incompetent. Pharmacists (Justin) here put inaccurate count of pills in bottles and then refuse to take accountability - BEWARE !!!! Pharmacy manager OKs this behavior saying providing medication in UNSEALED bottles is ok !!! ???????????

Justin the pharmacist is supplying unsealed medication in bottles with inaccurate count of pills. PLEASE DO NOT submit your prescriptions here. Pharmacists like him do not take accountability and put customers health at risk. This store in general needs to be shut down. Overall problematic staff.

I can see why this place has low reviews. They are low in stock, and everything is locked away. I'm not sure how that deters anyone from stealing, as once you get it, you can walk away with it once you get ahold of it. The cashiers are so slow... I could walk around the store and come back, and I would still be waiting. All in all, be prepared for a wait

I haven't here for 20 yrs at least. It's been slightly updated. I needed some biotene gel for my mom and they ran out so I got the spray instead. We also got a few drinks as well. This place wasn't crowded at all. Still has a security guard near the entrance/exit...

Bad experience here with a pharmacist, a white lady who just answered with a BAD MOOD. I went there just to ask some questions about my prescription that a day before I picked up . So today I arrived and I asked in a good way, and she answered but she wasn't nice, she wasn't polite. I was calm, maybe she just need some rest, or she is tired, but is not customers fault.

Went to get eyedrops was told insurance did not cover and could pay for it ($32) . Tried elsewhere to see if my insurance could get it for free but to no avail. Cane back later to buy for $32 . Inflation hit the ceiling in about a few hours since now the same eyedrop was $48 . I tried to reason the price and told them it was $32 a few hours ago. After a long silence and awkward moments they said the price $32 is ok but now they don't have the eyedrops. Very convenient but a long day without medication for me . Poor poor service

They need more pharmacy technicians around the clock. Every time I come in to pick up my medicine (which takes only less than 1 minute), I end up waiting on average of 10 minutes on line. It's easy to pick on the people in front who hold up the line with 21 questions, but it's really the business' doing by not controlling the flow of traffic and only having one to two technicians at its busiest hours. They need to have three lines open and one of them should be for pick up only (not asking 21 questions). The cashiers also work too slow on the regular checkout lines with very slow customers who don't know whether they are coming or going. It's very irritating when my purchase always takes less than one minute.
