Today evening around 7 pm I stopped there despite raining heavily, they’re two staffs working there and they both got terrible attitude towards me. First time I went there, they welcome me with their local talk (Spanish) between them before the lady greet me or talk to me. That shocked me. Then the lady start asking me questions after questions that too irrelevant to sending money. I showed her ID card. I chooses English as preferred language, after that protect yourself from fraud, then I chooses yes as an option. Then immediately she told me that I was blocked from sending money. I was afraid what was the reason behind all those questions. Since they wanted to misuse my ID or any other purposes. It’s seems tricky and fishy. I never had any issues before with any other agent or agency of Western Union in queens, New York. I been loyal and honored customer for the longest time. Today, I felt like belittled and discriminated. I am doubtful to visit this place again. I am not feeling safe. My identity at stake for theft to visit this place. If there is a zero as a rating, I will choose zero for their services. No professional attitude at all. I heard one incident same like mine before from my friend circle, I didn’t believe it at that moment. Since it happened to me, now I started to believe it. :(((((((( ?????

If this western union is exist for certain people, then please put label or description on the broad, we will not stop at your door. I often go there coz it’s near to my home. But everytime I go there, they give a terrible attitude. The service is so late. They are very unprofessional comparing to other western union branches. They are supposed to follow the rule but they allow us to use card sometimes and sometimes not (only cash). They strictly should learn customer service. This place is only running coz this is only the money transfer place in our locality. I kinda have a feeling that they all are racist. Just coz I am asian they treating me that way or the place is messed up!!
