Absolutely loved our experience at Yaya Tea in Queens! My partner and I indulged in their delightful Thai milk tea and the refreshing Better Life fruit tea, a perfect blend of strawberry, lychee, and pineapple green tea. Both drinks were incredibly flavorful and satisfying. The atmosphere was cozy, and the service was excellent. We highly recommend Yaya Tea to all bubble tea enthusiasts and can't wait to return for more delicious treats in the future!

I ❤️ Yaya because they’re affordable and have great teas + rice balls! Once in a while I’ll go here to spend just $11 on a medium tea and a large rice ball ?

We like the rice balls or onigiri but their milk tea can be a hit or miss. Yaya is affordable and convenient if you want a quick snack/meal.

My family and I love yaya tea ! I’ve been eating rice balls from them since 2010 at the location in china town Manhattan . When I attended college.

The matcha had a chalky taste, likely due to being stale. Even with a splash of milk, it shouldn't have taken on this brownish and yellowish hue. The service left much to be desired. The interior was quaintly decorated, but the long wooden table was unstable, tilting to one side if not held, nearly causing our drinks to spill.

Oh, let me tell you about my incredible experience at Yaya Tea! I recently visited this lovely place for a casual date, or more of a meet and greet, and it turned out to be absolutely perfect for the occasion. Now, let me take a moment to rave about the star of the show - the Boyfriend, a heavenly concoction of mango and lychee in the form of a divine white tea. As someone with American taste buds, I knew I needed that perfect balance of sweetness, so I went all out and ordered it at a 150 sweetness level. Let me just say, it was pure bliss in a cup! While I was sipping on my delightful drink, my partner decided to try out some Boba tea, and let me tell you, it was a sight to behold. Watching him enjoy every sip was a joy in itself. Initially, I had planned on ordering snacks to accompany our drinks, but I was taken aback by the recent price increase. Surprisingly, they started charging for every little thing, including the sauces that were supposed to come with the dishes. So, I made a quick decision and decided to skip the snacks and head to a nearby restaurant instead.Despite that minor setback, Yaya Tea truly shines when it comes to offering a wide range of refreshing drinks and tasty snacks. If you're simply looking for a quick refreshment or a delightful snack, I would wholeheartedly recommend Yaya Tea. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

DO NOT USE KIOSK!!!!!!!!I’ve been to this store several times and it’s always a quick pick me up. I live in this area so I come here often. There was one time an employee told me to use the kiosks to place my order. There was no one in the store but me and whoever was working there. Not thinking too much of it, I used it and placed orders through the kiosk. After several orders through the kiosk through my days of nonchalantly ordering drinks, I just saw today that the toppings were 75cents as opposed to 83cents on the kiosk and out of curiosity, I asked them why. While the girls tried to explain there’s nothing they can do, this one girl went to speak to the manager. She came back apologizing and said “the manager said you should have looked at the difference in price in our menu and the kiosk before you ordered.” That sounded RIDICULOUS, and I was absolutely dumbfounded that a manager would say something like that. And to add on to this, if I DID comply with their menu…toppings and add ons are only 50cents, but I didn’t bring that to light for them. Because what can they really do? Just continue to say “there’s nothing we can do.”I don’t really care about the difference in 25cents or 13cents…however, what I really do find offending is the attitude and inability to handle the situation along with the “when it’s busy, we would tell the customer to use the kiosk.” But yet, you guys don’t tell the customers there is a slight price increase.

BEWARE! KIOSK CHARGES MORE THAN THE STORE. STORE IS AWARE OF PRICE DIFFERENCE AND DOESN’T HAVE WARNINGS ABOUT PRICE DIFFERENCE ON KIOSK. Overall the food is great, just wish they didn’t scam people during busy hours to utilize their kiosk so they can make more profit. Just wait in line and refuse the kiosk!

I only like one boba drink, Thai milk tea, and have had it taste so vastly different in the different stores I've went to and the first time I tried Ya Ya's try at it it was the best I've ever tasted not too sweet and doesn't get worse as the ice melts and the perfect soft texture in the tapioca pearls. They're definitely a new favorite.

I love the onigiri. I like the one with seaweed, the one with ginger chicken (Yum!) and the one with spicy tuna. I found one onigiri the one just tuna to be plain. There was a huge wait for my food, but luckily I was on my lunch break, so I could wait 20 minutes. Fair warning. They make everything fresh here, so set aside wait time. They have a wall of hoodies, Japanese snacks, and cute random things. I see that they have cute merch inside with hats of boba and cute Instagrammable map and adorable sayings which I am a huge fan of...and why I return.
