Severely damaged my wedding ring. Absolutely disappointed with the outcome. The hammer finish was done with a dinged hammer, he had no idea how to matte finish white gold. I wish he would have just said he couldn’t do it.

I called on Thursday to price ring sizing for 2 rings (rose gold). I was given a very reasonable quote so I brought them in for sizing on Saturday. The rings were done by Monday! A very quick turnaround with wonderful service. Everyone I spoke with was very pleasant and helpful. I will definitely return for any jewelry needs, and I recommend others check them out as well!

I have recently been taking jewelry to Thatchers. I have taken in several pieces including some costume jewelry for upgrades. Their workmanship and timeliness is absolutely outstanding. Their prices are so reasonable too. On staff is Donna who is extremely knowledgeable and very personable, a real pleasure to do business with. Their services even include watch battery replacement.
