Moved from LA to NY with U-Pack. The process was streamlined, modern, and professional. There was a bit of miscommunication here and there about pick up dates, but nothing major, and easy to reschedule. Definitely better than PODs that's for sure.

As movers go, I had a really good experience with U-Pack. The nice guy who picked up my shipment, gave me hope for a return of great Customer Service. Of course moving cost have gotten out of control, but they were like night and day compared to 2 men and a truck, which were so ridiculously priced, that I thought they had to be joking. I would definitely use U-Pack again.

They were kind and courteous, they were quick and helpful, and they were more than willing to take on the task of caring heavy furniture upstairs. Probably the most comforting thing about the experience was the playful banter they shared with one another putting me at ease about the idea of having strangers in my home.

I’d recommend moving literally any other way. Told me the day the moving container was supposed to be dropped off at my home that they had to reschedule. I of course could not just reschedule, so ended up having to rent a uhaul to then drive out to their location to load the container there. Which defeats the entire purpose.Points for providing some discount after that, but still an overall terrible experience that I cannot encourage you strongly enough to avoid.

I was very pleased with my experience with U-Pack Moving. The pod was dropped off and picked up at the scheduled times. The personnel were friendly and helpful. My stuff arrive safely and it was reasonably priced.

We just used this service to move relo cubes from New York State to Arizona. From the very first call (and I made many) to our picking up our stuff, everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. The company as a whole was very easy to work with and the cubes arrived in the time frame they quoted. I highly recommend them!

I highly recommend U-Pack to anyone moving any distance. Everyone I encountered with this business was courteous and knowledgeable. They kept me informed what to do and who to contact next during the movement of the pods. There were no hidden surprises in any leg of the transaction. I also had 2 helpers unload the pods at my new destination -- both great workers. If ever I move again, I would definitely use the U-Pack business again.

I highly recommend U-Pack. Everything happened as promised, no surprises. Everytime I spoke with a customer service representative, they were fully informed, understood my questions, and gave pertiinent answers. Should a need arise in the future, I will definitely choose U-Pack again.

After getting scammed with another company I choose U-Pack & I couldn't have been happier. Polite, on time, helpful people, everything went smoothly. We were able to track where the truck was at all times. I wouldn't move again without using U-Pack, & we moved from NY to Florida!

U-Pack was excellent with my move down to the details. I recommend them highly. I really appreciated the great communication and tracking of the container especially since there was a lot of travel involved and a hurricane on the loose destined for my arrival to SC. The customer service was great and the pickup and delivery driver were gentleman and very professional. Thanks U-Pack.

They provide excellent service. Very efficient and timely. All the staffs I met were also very kind and friendly. The cost was also very reasonable. Strongly recommend to those who are moving long distance.
