The Plant manager is a miserable person, He treats employees like they don't exist. One of the strangest places I've ever worked. The only person he treats well is his girlfriend!

Supervisor degrades and insults you most days. Has no people skills unprofessional immature spoiled brat. Takes you off job your doing great at and puts you on job you struggle at and let's his ego get in the way of common sense and move you back to position you did great at. Inappropriate sexual remarks "harassment" is everyday norm. Purposely puts people in position that's outside skill set so you get fired. Refuses to listen if you request to be returned to position you are good at because you don't want lose your job. Grimy backstabber who's protected because his father the plant manager. Then a liar on top of it all. Total joke pos I wouldn't even give 1 star.

My son worked at Airflow in Elmira Heights for 2 1/2 weeks. He was freshly out of college however didn't have welding on the job work experience. He didn't have much experience in vertical welding, which he stated to them during his interview. The company didn't offer on the job training, supervisor told him instead of showing him what needed to be done. He was told today by his supervisor that he either could do vertical welding in which he would take a $1 per hour pay cut or he can just leave. What a create way to treat your employees especially with employees with handicaps. I would give a 0 if I could. Not recommended in my book.

Have an airflow bed on my 2016 dumptruck. Poor construction. Dump hoist simply tack welded. Didn't hold long. The weld rusted out. 9 months after purchasing truck brand new bed was rusting through. Poor Poor quality product.

This place has a lot to work on if they intend to call themselves equal opportunity. If you are a woman, proceed with caution and know that management specifically will target you for your gender and treat you differently. Safety hazards everywhere, and a hostile work environment.

The GM at Airflo manufacturing believes instead of stopping a fight from happening by moving them away from each other. Knowing it was going to happen gave the kid a raise to keep it going. When they did fight only one was ask to leave and not come back on grounds. If that's the right thing to do the place needs to be closed down and the GM needs to be put in jail

It's a complete joke.Plant Management needs to be fired along with "human resources" who is nothing more than the plant managers wife.They take the word of known drug addicted foreman over employees that are sober. They're lucky they haven't wound up in Court.They need to close their doors. That place is a complete FAILURE across the board.Close your doors, you're an embarrassment to the community.

Supervisors are demeaning words employees. Working conditions are violating OSHA guidelines. Treat employees like slaves. No ventilation for fumes paint, and welding fumes. Would never recommend them for employment. They need a union
