I needed a prescription filled but they wouldn’t do it without an appointment. “We’re not a walk in clinic” I was told. What kind of health care facility doesn’t help people with pain? I can no longer trust ANYTHING from the Arnot health care system.

My husband has been sick. Made an appt it was 6 weeks out. Ok it is what it is. He goes in for his appt and they tell him the doctor is not in that he's ill so you need to reschedule. Again 5 weeks out. I'll take him to urgent care today and switch doctors by tomorrow.

Dr. McHenry is a very knowledgableand affable provider.He is very willing to listen to your concerns and take into account how you feel about your situation/problems, and not one to say "do as I say.... I am a doctor". He is totally willing to consider your feelings and thoughts about your diagnoses.Obviously got into medicine becauseHe cares deeply about others ?

I'm sure the other practitioners at this office are wonderful, but Dr. McHenry just doesn't seem to care. I feel like I've been lost in the shuffle of things many times, and I've only been at this practice for a few months. Will be seeking care elsewhere.
