Chemung canal is definitely one of the worst banks I've ever dealt with! Save yourselves a headache and choose a bank that has working atms and actually gives a damn about you.

Terrible upper management/customer service from them. They don’t seem to care about customers who have been with them for years. Tellers were always great but as for upper management I don’t have anything positive to say about them.
