3rd time they let my account go into arrears even tho I had overdraft protection... then I find out it was changed without my authorization,..again. called this elmira branch where I opened my account.... and the lady and her supervisor were both very rude, and wouldn't let me ask genuine questions about my account. Kept cutting me off saying "let me talk"... horrible customer service. Hung up and called the corning office and the lady was very understanding with me and answered all my questions.

Not sure why banks charge to access other bank account for fee but overall it worked

I mourn the loss of Elmira Savings Bank. “Community” bank is anything but. They are just awful.

Horrible customer service. Month after month I have the same issue. Always assured the same problem will be corrected. No follow up and issues never get resolved.

I wish I knew his last name, but his first name is George. I called the bank concerned because I couldn't "remotely" deposit a check into my account. He was sincerely concerned and eventually we figured out the solution. Thank you George!

The local Elmira branch was unable to properly assist in obtaining a simple document. After 2 unanswered messages were left, I went in personally. I was told the needed document was not available to me, but a simple phone call to an out of town branch took care of it immediately.

I recieved a service charge from the atm I used and from my own bank, cost me about 5 dollars every withdraw. I felt like I was robbed a few times before from this bank.

Trying to get a home loan through F. Jay Dwyer has been the worst experience ever. For having 20+ years of experience, he does not seem to know what he is doing. He does not like to answer questions or explain anything about the process.

The people that tend to you and your money are friendly and curtious. They help you out when you have problems with your accout and your finances. They do check to make sure you are who you say you are. They use security measures which I appreciate alot. Thank you
