“I've had the basil fried rice with mock duck, made from seasoned textured vegetable protein for dinner, but my favorite is the wonton soup. I've been trying to deconstruct its ingredients for months. It's a savory chicken broth with a hint of fermented tofu with a strong sense of umami. It's brimming with bean sprouts, celery, scallions, garlic & cilantro. The meat in the wonton is seasoned with garlic, a bit of ginger & black pepper.Their beverages are next level. Their coffee is amazingly smooth, and they bring a glass carafe of cream. They also have an Expresso and coconut milk drink, and they make a Thai sweet tea that has to be experienced. They have several desserts but the fried ice cream is made with an exotic vanilla wrapped in a sweet, spiced deep fried dough.”
