While it may seem trivial, I couldn't get my wiper blades off or the new ones on. After an hour of fighting and watching youtube videos I called these guys up. He said come on by. I did. In five minutes he had me smiling again, when I was ready to blow up my car and shoot myself. Thank you for taking the time to fix this and more importantly show me how to get through it next time! You're top notch in my book. Thank you!!!

Had a check engine issue near McDonald Automotive. Stopped and told them my problem and they identified a multiple misfire issue right there on the spot. There scheduled was tight that day but they squeezed me in that afternoon and resolved the issue. Thanks guys for going out of your way for me!

Took my car there, was charged for a bunch of work that was never done, over 1000 in work that claimed they did. I still had problems. I took the car do a real mechanic and showed them the work order that McDonald's said they did. That mechanic said most of that work definitely wasn't done. I wouldn't take another vehicle here ever again. They're scammers. Bad business

Took my car there to get fixed he claimed he did the repairs put new parts in. Well after passing inspection all my lights came back on for the same problem that he claimed to have fixed. $3,000 later I'm having it fixed again. Not the only person I've heard had this happen.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had a great first time experience. I called and was able to get in the same day a couple hours later. The prices are very reasonable, I thought just like every other in town repair shop I would need to sell a kidney to pay the bill. I definitely will be going back .
