Customer service Rep Nicole was very nice The mechanic doing my diagonistic test for my check engine light was not. The test showed a part that needed replaced was on back order and they could not help me. I'm from out of town and only in the city for work. I called the dealership where I purchased my car to find out if the part number that they gave me was in stock there. I was told that the part number did not match the make of my car.so now I have to pay out of pocket another diagnostic test when I get home for the the actually model of my car. I won't be going back there. Very poor feedback when I called them back to let them know I was given the wrong information for the part that needed replaced. no offer to come back and let them order the correct part. Just stated. Sorry and hung up

I was quoted 2-4 weeks for damage caused by a deer. 6 weeks to get a call that parts came in but we're 2 weeks out for scheduling. They stated truck was ok to drive in meantime which it wasn't. Check engine light kept coming on and off. When I called they stated I'd have to take that up with insurance company. So if you're looking for a repair shop that panders to your insurance company and not you or your asset then they're the one. I wouldn't suggest using them for repairs if you care about the value of your vehicle and expect repair shop to be your advocate.y

Purchased my second vehicle with Matt(sales). He made the entire process easy-even though what I wanted wasn't on the lot-both times. The first time they had to negotiate with another dealer to get it. This time we ordered it directly from ford. Took delivery the other day. It is exactly what I wanted.

We are visiting family in the area and needed an oil change. Having visited the Quick Lane back home I went to Ferrario Ford. The first red flag was that the service writer couldn't tell me what it was going to. He just knew all their prices just went up. Thinking most Quick Lane services should be comparable I told him to give me, what they call "the works." After I paid for the service, which was more than I had paid elsewhere, I noticed my steering wheel and shifter felt gritty. I smelled my hand and it smelled like oil. I called the dealership and ask to speak to a manager and was told that none was there today. I was connected to the same woman who checked me out 10 minutes before and she couldn't find my work order. Finally she found it and when I told her my complaint she said, "yah ok." Needless to say I was less than pleased with her response. I paid for a professional job but didn't get anything close to that.

HORRIBLE SERVICE - DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME This morning, at 7:45am, I took my car into the Ferrario Ford's Quick Lane for an oil change, since my wife had taken it there for its last one. The service writer said they would get right to it. After my car sat right in front of him for 30 minutes, I left the waiting room to find out when it would be done. He said the mechanic was finishing another vehicle and mine was next, and I should be out in 30 minutes. 10 minutes later he came into the waiting room saying he looked up the last service record, and that they did not have the oil filter for my car in stock. He said it would take awhile for them to order it and have it delivered. THIS IS THE CAR HE STARED AT FOR 30 MINUTES. As I was leaving without having the oil change done, he asked me if I wanted him to order the filter for when I came back. WHAT AN IDIOT. I can get an oil change at any number of places that don't lie when they say their service is quick.

Where to start.... We pulled in and walked all over the lot and finally had to go find a salesperson. We walked in and I think we ended up having the secretary help us. She was knowledgable on the vehicles but every time we brought up the lease deals we have been seeing advertised she told us no that can't be or that's not it. We told her our ideal price range and what we wanted and almost everything we said was answered with a rebuttal of some sort. I'm not sure how bad they really wanted to sell a car especially since as my husband pointed out after we left she never even got our phone number. This is our only ford dealer in the area and I think they need to be more insynch with what the ford website and brand are offering. And on a Saturday the sales people should be all over that lot not inside and needing to be hunted down.

Absolutely the best truck buying experience ever. Jerome (sales). Amy(Internet) and the whole team made this just the best. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that's sick of the big box dealerships and wants to be more than just a number

Their customer service is horrible. I had my new Fusion engine blow up which they had for almost a month. Every time I called to check on in the lady would act like I was wasting her time. She told me multiple times she would call me back which she never did. Their service dept is horrible I would never buy from them!

What a joke. We are a small business who has to purchase dealer only parts at times. We purchased $300 worth of stock brake parts end of December and realized we didn't need them. They won't take them back because the box is ripped and we ad them for more than 30 days. The parts are clearly brand new. The box? Ripped? Come on. No consideration for small business owner? What a joke. We will be using another source from now on Ridiculous
