Customer service is poor. When I made a complaint, the answer is, "Oh well. There's nothing we can do about it anyway." New location has no drive through, and it's a long walk to get to the bank from parking lot. It is very unorganized inside with no signs 9r direction on where to go. Much smaller than previous location. After 30 yrs of banking with them, including a paid off house loan and many auto loans, it may be time to switch. If I wanted the inconveniences listed, then I'll just stick with my credit union. At least they are friendly and don't nickel and dime with all of the fees

Called about my debit card on 5/22 it expires on 5/31 asked about a new one they told me I would receive it in the mail in the mean time they deactived the one I had i i called and was told it was for 24 hrs 24 hrs later still deactived long story short I went memorial weekend without any money 4 days and counting because of their incompetence

Bad and getting worse. This poor institution has been through more owners, managers and staff in the past few years, that's it's barely recognizable; Now goes by 5-Star. We pulled our checking and savings out for convenience sake when they closed the Southside branch, but left the investments. Went to cash an investment in recently, when the price was quite high, but the new "Wealth Manager" (who is a glorified teller) didn't bother processing the transaction for a few days during which the value dropped significantly. That procrastination cost me a chunk of change.
