“Solid place. More equipment than I expected them to have; nearly all hammer strength machines and nothing but Barbell and York. Only been here twice but over all it seems pretty quite, so you're not standing around waiting for a machine.”
“Nice facility for pick up basketball. Joe (I believe that was his name) was super helpful and friendly with our group, making sure we had everything we needed. Besides that, he is a UGA fan! Nice to see a fellow SEC fan in Elmira.”
“I nervously got a membership today, I did t expect much but I was very pleased by Alex in the front desk, gave me a tour of the place and took time to explain the equipment, which changed my mood from nervous to excited! I never had anyone give me a tour and for someone who isn't familiar and just starting, it made me feel comfortable. Definitely recommend!”

“A fantastic environment! The coaches here are top notch. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The gym itself is quiet, clean and full of all the equipment you need to have a killer workout. The wife and I have been loving our time here with a local gym and the boxing class has been incredible! Top marks to Greg, Aj and Bonnie!!”
