I have known Christy and James since I was a little kid. Bought an 09 Honda fit, and I highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to come here before any other car lot. Cash in hand, bad credit, no credit, good credit - they will work with you. They know what vehicles are good to buy and are reliable, prices are reasonable, and they are honestly all around great people. 5 star rating all the way across!

Got a great deal on a Toyota Tacoma.
I was shopping around for a while until I found a reasonably priced Tacoma here. Spoke with them over the phone prepared to haggle but I didn't have to. They gave me a great out the door price right away. Went and took the truck on a test drive and it was exactly what I was looking for. Extremely happy with my experience. I would recommend Initial D Motorsports to anyone.

Bought a suv from them 5 years ago and only had one minor o2 sensor issue and they fixed.Not one issue since.Gonna head back for a different one soon!

COMPLETE RIP OFF!!! They will scam you out of your money they'll sell you a car with half broken parts so you gotta bring it back to them to get it "fixed" and they'll overprice everything they use on the car not to mention the felon they hired under the table to work on the vehicles and if you don't make payments on time they'll send the felon they totally "didnt hire" to come threaten to come to your home and take things to "compensate the cost" as this felon mechanic words it and the owner acts as if this is normal behavior for a so called "professional family run business" there is absolutely nothing professional about these people between the threats, aggressive behavior, illegal activities which other reviewers have mentioned I'm amazed this business still has people going to it cuz every negative review is legitimate while the other half of the reviews about this business are fake and made up it amazes me that people so ignorant can run a business but then again most of the business they do is either borderline illegal or just blatant either way id advise EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF AND THREATENED AND HARASSEDThey're also currently under investigation for this unprofessional behavior, the threats and harassment which doesn't surprise me after reading so many negative reviews

Best used cars at the best prices. I have bought plenty of cars and recommend many many people to initial D. They treat all customers more like a family. And if something does happen (being they are a used cars and you never know what could happen in a week or 2) they stand by and help with what they can or point you in the right direction and almost all cars that leave the lot have a warranty.

I had an absolute great experience purchasing a car from Initial D in Elmira! I drove about 4 hours from Philly to look at a JDM car they were selling and the whole team there took good care of me from the moment I arrived. All the staff are very kind and down to earth people! The car I came to see was as advertised with no surprises and I ended up purchasing it and driving it home with no issues! The purchase process was smooth and they gave me a fair price for my trade in. I definitely recommend Initial D Motorsports!

If could give 0 stars I would, horrible customer service needing to call several numbers to get an answer.Bank told me app was never submitted while they claim bank told them not approved because we don't live in NY. The company knew our address beforehand.

Highly don't recommend going there very unprofessional don't even know how to answer a business phone properly will be filing a bbb report against them they need the negative marks against them to warn others they tell you denied but what they didn't know was already called bank and they never turned app in

Fun, friendly, honest, and knows a lot about Japanese cars. These people are better than most of the private or official dealers I've worked with before (more than 20). Nice collection of cars and the prices are beautiful. Not those kind of people who's trying to sell you a 2000 corolla for 10k.I worked with James on a Porsche Panamera. Very rare to see one for sale around my place. Not their working time but still managed to give me a test drive. No question asked, handed over the keys and drove out with me for 10 20 minutes. Car's in good condition for its mileage and we had a good conversation along the way. Answer all the questions and don't push you to take it away in the end. Great experience and I would highly recommend it to my friends who want to buy cheap functioning used cars or rare Japanese cars or whatever they list out.

Purchased my first car (2008 Pontiac Vibe) here April 2021. It was a very easy process and I have had 0 major issues with the car since then. The only issues we had was their detailer would not respond to our calls to get it detailed being that they didn’t have time to detail it, and the other was that they didn’t have the title as they thought they did which they owned up to and apologized for then even offered to take some off the price for this mistake which I appreciate. If you are looking for a cheap used car I recommend checking these guys out.
