Kent's did an incredible job fixing my car after I hit a deer. They were quick, they communicated quickly with my insurance company, and actually saved money during the process. When I got my car back, it looked brand new, and they even cleaned the interior. Their customer service is fantastic, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for body work ??

I had to wait about 3 weeks to be able to drop my car off. Not a negative just means they may not be able to get you in immediately. They did have to keep my car an extra day due to unexpected work associated with some imports. However despite this they didn't charge me extra. Actually the final bill was slighltly less than the estimate which is quite rare. The reasoning behind 4 stars is because I did have to call them to find out the new timeline. Other than that I had an excellent experience with Kent's Auto.

I highly recommend very, very satisfied ? ? ? ? they did body repair work on my 2018 jeep cherokee and it looks just like the factory did it! If I could give 10 stars I would and the price was very reasonable thank you!

had an issue with a door latch that broke. the young lady who took my appt was most helpful and the repair was made quickly and at a fair price. i can only imagine the cost of this same repair at a dealership ! Thank you...

Good body work done in reasonable amount of time. However, we were told AFTER SERVICE RENDERED that the credit card machine was down, had been down for a couple weeks, and they didn't know when it would be back up and running. We were forced to write a check for more than our insurance covered. This is unacceptable business practice since a new credit card machine or Square can be set up in a day (they actually use Quickbooks or some accounting software for their credit card service, and claim there is an ongoing issue with it, but that is no excuse. If you don't have credit capability, you let your customers know BEFORE PERFORMING A SERVICE). We should have been told up front about this issue. There is no signage posted anywere with this information. Of course it leads one to naturally wonder if this is their way of avoiding fees or taxes.

We were told AFTER SERVICE RENDERED that their "credit card machine" was down (they actually use accounting software), had been down for a couple weeks and they didn't know when it would be working again. No signage informing customers of this anywhere. Even if they are telling the truth and not just trying to avoid fees or taxes, this is unacceptable business practice and unheard of, especially for large charges related to auto repair; credit card capability can be replaced or set up in a day. I hate writing a bad review for a local business, but feel the need to warn potential clients; we would have gone somewhere else before being forced to write a check for more than our insurance covered.
