Worst experience ever they had things marked down go to pay for them and tell me they can't charge me the price it's marked to the lady said she could go review the video so I can get it for that price came back with the video and her hand the manager said that they no longer carry that product And had to put it back isn't that the whole point of the clearance department? Maybe they just wanted to keep it for themselves also also what's the deal with damage concrete and mulch and stuff like that anymore 50% off of 50% off bag of concrete I just buy a full bag for full price Half full price what a joke go to Home Depot people they actually standby their prices just something isn't initialed. They can't sell for that price anymore Kent why can't the manager initial it isn't that their job? Nobody wants to do the job there anymore. Don't blame them. We never do business with Lowe's again.

From the minute I walked into Lowes in Big Flats, I knew that it was as mistake. I needed to replace a washer & dryer, I had a Kenmore stackable for 23 and it was bad, I my book so I new the size that would fit. I had to wait about 2 minute for the sales person, was talking to I guess a girl that he wanted and I was in the way. I pay with a Discover card, I guess they do offer 5% off with a Lowes card anymore. So Delivery, Free and Haul away was on Wednesday 8th When the Truck put up, a young man greeted me, he was only about 5, 8 150, I am almost 70, 5"10, 165 , and he was the ONLY DELIVERY person on the Truck???, We look at the old unit, and then WE, now Lowes, Nick & I, started to haul or figure out how to get the old unit old, it was push & pull, twist & turn, legs getting stuck, arms pinched 1/2 up 6 he said the front door needs to come off. Me being on top, I when to get get the door off, I only could get it 1/2 of, Nick help getting the other off, Putting the in the lawn, I look at him and told him, he needed a new job, for this sucks, he remarked how back it was working at Lowes, 90 % of the time he delivery's by himself This is a sin, item that at so heavy, whom can even lift 250 pound appliance. We finally got the unit through the Door, Nick cut his finger, I had Bandages for him We mark my home steps, doorway and molding. I help him get it thru the garage, we got the new unit, 2"inches smaller which was a great help, got it thru the front Door , and sliding it down the step. Then twisting and turn the unit to get it in place. I truly believe with all my heart, Lowes show be sending me a check for my service, That have no respect for senior, or OLD PEOPLE , PLUS LOWES IN BIG FLATS YOU CANNOT CONTACT THE MANGER. This will be my last time in this store, I should of bought the item on Amazon , and paid someone to remove the old. Carlton

The self checkout doesn't let veterans get the military discount. I can only assume Big Flats Lowe's would rather keep the discount for themselves. Shameful!

I got up this morning to a flooded basement. I had purchased our hot water heater from lowes. I discovered that that was the culprit. So I called lowes the girl I talked to told me that they can not help me. I asked to talk to a manager and the girl said the manager said she can't help me and hung up on me. I called back and waited 10 minutes. I decided to drive the 14 miles. I got to lowes and went to the front desk. I ask to speak with the manager and was told hold on. Then the girl who hung up on me went over and turned the ringer back on mind you I was still waiting for them to answer!! So I just let it ring and the manager refused to answer it. And refused to give me the corporate number!! They actually turned the ringer off so they did not have to help me. Yah lowes will never sell me another item!!! THEY TURNED THE RINGER OFF WOW!!!!

Finally, dishwasher installed by two great install n haul away guys from CRST GROP that is contractor that Lowes uses. Those employees have all been extremely helpful while Lowes workers have shown poor communication, unreliable inventory accuracies an very lengthy phone calls just to speak with appliance department staff! Three supervisors spoke with me and never fillowed through with their verbiage to call me right back or call me the next day. I was just blown off, no repercussions for Lowes. Absolutely no discount or decrease $$ as a way of saying they were sorry. Just a TERRIBLE company!

This store needs help because they are so behind in their clearance markdowns which usually happen beginning Labor Day weekend. Three times I stopped in and still at the register, nothing is on sale that came from the clearance section! So back it all went. The excuse is that they are so short handed, that the hired are bounced here and there, mostly inside to do several tasks besides the gardening area. It appears that their tradition is put off and it puts off the customers who are looking to finish up their yardwork. Oh well, I guess I'll just stop checking them as it is 15 miles round trip. Yep in addition to the lack of customer service, loading, sales, etc, there is no relationship to speak of any more. It's more of a waste of time. Their garden products can be very pricy and the salespeople do not know their selection, season, planting advice etc. So it's time to move on.
