The worst experience ever at a Resturant. After asking three times for ketchup and being ignored I reached behind the counter and grabbed two packets. I was the confronted by a screaming manager in my face telling me to “ GET OUT OF MY STORE”!I left with my meal which usually consists of a cold burger and Luke warm fries anyways!I called and expressed concerns to management and they said I was “behind” their counter when I reached for my ketchup therefore it was my fault and I guess deserved to be screamed at in front of other customers! Thank you Ms. Screaming Manager because I will never spend another cent at McDonalds and I hope you will be treated the same way you treated me when you visit a restaurant!

I brought my 2 adopted children to McDonalds and continued through the drive through. They asked me to pull up because the fries were not ready.After 10 plus minutes I went inside because they had dropped my order in the past.I waited to see someone and they were busy.Finally a lady was putting her orders down near her drink station and I said, Excuse me and when she turned around, I asked her where my order was at.She said don’t yell at me. I told her I’m not yelling at you. I’m asking where my order is at. She proceeded to tell me, I’m not giving it to you and then told me I could leave and not come back. I said Mam I was not yelling at you but was trying to talk over the loudness.I am partially deaf.This lady was then telling the other employee that she did not care.She was talking loud enough for those waiting behind the counter could hear her. They witnessed her obnoxious behavior and were shaking their heads.At 69 years of age, I did not expect to be treated this way and the sad part of it all is it did not need to escalate to that point.It was over her interpretation of me asking where my food was.This incident occurred on 4/16/24 at approximately 11-11:30am, in case the Franchise owner, Regional or District manager or store manager would be interested to see who the shift manager was during this time. I’m guessing this person was the shift manager working at this time.Out of college I worked as a shift manager at McDonalds and understand the pressure at the beginning of lunch hour but nobody deserves to be treated like I was.This person needs to either be retrained or find another job where she is NOT working with the public!Respectfully,Bruce not Faith Sharpe

$3.14 for a small , at local store I can get 5lb potatoes for $3.49. That is a hell of a lot of mark up for a small fry . Now expect 10.99 for sharing experience

Just the usual disappointment. Stopped by to try a SHAMROCK Oreo McFlurry for St. Patrick’s Day. Cup was not even completely filled…looked nothing like it looks on the signage, had green sticky syrup all around the rim and barely any Oreo. And what happened to the hollow square spoon straws they used to have? Waste of money and overpriced to begin with!

After I paid in the drive thru, the cashier walked away for 15 minutes while I just stared at my bag of food getting cold. Some employees walked in with some family dollar bags filled to the brim that all of the other employees seemed really interested. Wish they were that interested in customer service.

Should have waited and gone to n main a big breakfast is how hard? Hash browns not done all the way and waited too long for such a short order smh take the food back and the manager tells me the scrambled eggs are a solid rectangle now not actually scrambled eggs then walks away from the counter didn't solve my problem and left me standing there with some square a** eggs STAFF IS VERY IGNORANT they have no cx service what so ever no greeting the customer not bother trying to resolve my issue I wouldn't recommend them if life depends on it not worth the time driving there twice in my case nor the money spent

Ordered bacon on 2 cheeseburgers. Didn't get the bacon but they made sure to charge for it. The cashier seemed like she didn't know what she was doing. Had to ask for cups for our drinks. Tried giving smaller sizes than what was ordered. I can understand once in a while something being wrong but more times than not is saying something. I generally check my order before I leave the building and I forgot to this time.

The quality of food is horrible. My hamburger smelled like a dirty grease trap, and my overpriced half full melted shake went straight to the trash. Thank you for wasting my money.
