We took our car in the first time for an oil leak they said they didn’t have the part to fix it and could get it in Tuesday. So I set a appointment to come in Tuesday after I got out of work and when I got there the mechanic I spoke to never ordered the part and acted like he had no idea what I was talking about from 2 days prior. At which point I spoke to the manager that was there. I told him we had to get it fixed before we left for a family trip on Friday then he told me I could bring it in Friday morning when they open he could have the part and have it done for by 11 or 12 because as I told him 12 was the absolute latest we needed to be on the road. So we brought the car to him at 7:30am as soon as the shop opened so we could get it done as early as possible since I was told it was about a 1 hour job. Then at 12:15 I had to call them to find out what was going on because the manager assured me he would have it done before noon. He then told me they were still working on it that it would be another 45 mins so he could “Make sure” I had a “Safe” vehicle for my trip. I said Ok. Then another hour passes so finally I drive up there where my car is still in the garage and the manager and the mechanic are both under the hood of the car. The manager comes out to greet and tells me they are just finishing things up I say ok and I pay over $300 to fix a oil leak me and wife left with the car packed everything up began to leave over 2 hours later than I told the manager was the latest we needed to go then as we are driving up the highway the car begins sputtering. I figure it just has to run some so we go a little further at which point it is getting worse. So we pull off to a gas station and I call Monroe multiple times before anyone answers the mechanic tells me it’s normal and I should be fine and I could if I have anymore issues. So we start up the highway again and it is so bad we decide by the next exit to turn around and go back and swap for our other which we didn’t take because it needed a oil change. On the way back to our house it is still doing the sputtering and at one point the check engine light came on and the car stopped accelerating while we were driving down the highway. This vehicle had no problems other than the oil leak were told about when we got the oil changed the last time. This is a daily driven vehicle it is a 2016 and we have never had any issues with this vehicle AT ALL no major fixes nothing before this trip to Monroe to fix a oil leak. I will be taking this vehicle back to the garage when we get back from our trip and they need to fix whatever they did at ZERO expense to me.

The service is good and they know what they’re doing and they do a good job. I have never had a problem with my vehicles after I have taken them to this MONRO. I will be going back to this Monro!!?

I cannot say enough great things about the crew here. Came here for the 2nd time today to get an inspection done and there were a couple of issues needing fixing. Gabe and the rest of the guys did everything possible and went above and beyond to get it all taken care of quickly and affordably as possible. Highly reccomend them to anyone in the area!

CUSTOMERS BE AWARE;URGENT!I have been a loyal customer for a few years and this past week I am done with them and it isn't because of bad performance.I am a delivery driver for doordash and I have bags in certain spots in my backseat that never get moved by me. I was at the bank and I had to pull out cash for a payment to process for friday, little did I know my car alternator was going to fail a day later after getting the cash. Once I got my car over to them, they had 1 person confirming what is wrong with my car and needed to wait overnight.Friday comes and I needed to make my payment. I forgot about this cash and I ask to enter my vehicle to find out that my money is gone and my bags were thrown everywhere in my backseat. This is telling me that someone went through my car and dugged for whatever they could find.I complained and they tell me there is nothing they can do. They do NOT have cameras installed. What is stolen is NOT on them.With this knowledge I can confirm that someone in the shop is a thief and most likely is doing this more than once!

What a great team runs the show at this monro, we have the manager Mark, assistant manager Gabe, and the other technicians are great people with well experience and knowledge. We have been shopping with them for long time. Always a great experience. Thank you Monro and team.

Nice people but they damaged my car and wouldn't pay for the repair. Instead they gave me 200 dollars off, but my new repair is over 500 bucks so I got roached.

I absolutely love this Monro location!! I've always had trusted service & have wonderful interaction from the staff. Mark, the manager, always explains what my car needs on a level that I can understand with such a kindness. I will make this my first & last stop for my auto repair!!

They always treat me with respect and kindness. They squeeze me in when I don't gave an appt, I'm only In Town a few days a week. No appts necessary though. And they work quickly, which I need on my little time in town. I love them. Firestone is closer and I have gone to them for 30 years, but Monroe on the miracle mile is my go to now.
