“Unbelievable experience!! I’m a 77 year old woman who knows zero about mechanical anything. Had a ball joint replaced on my car fully expecting to pay big bucks and boy was I surprised!! Mr. Slavin discovered that it was under warranty and should not have failed therefore the cost to me was nothing!!!!
