Petco in Elmira is a pet supply store offering a broad range of brand-name nutrition products and supplies for many types of pets. It provides full-service grooming, veterinarian services, vaccination clinics, adoption services, and training classes. Reviews note the groomers are called the best, doing an amazing and caring job. Many employees are described as friendly, helpful, and great, providing amazing amounts of information. The store has a great variety of pet supplies and food. However, one experience reported an unempathetic cashier and a computer system issue preventing cash payment. The overall experience for shoppers is typically good, with some also using the online and pickup options.
The staff were very polite, warm, and welcoming. I went for the Vetco services. Staff was also polite and services rendered were expedient. My fur babies and I were very pleased overall.

Very knowledgeable staff. One gentleman in particular was very helpful and knowledgeable about jumping spiders and any other questions we had.

I went in specifically for an item that we have been getting found at Petco (feline diffuser). At the time, a new planogram was being set in the area of the product. The product was not on the shelf. The staff member helped me find it amongst the items pulled off. Way to go! Thank you for your help.
