Sam's Club offers exceptional warehouse club values on groceries, pharmacy, optical, home furnishings, and more. The store is always clean and the meat selection is very good. Members find the staff helpful when asked, with greeters and samplers often noted as very nice and fantastic with amazing personalities. Curbside pickup is easy, convenient, and a great job by the associates. However, the location is under construction, making it a little confusing and cramped. Some areas need improvement, including the covered loading area where employees have been seen smoking. Cleanliness in the cafe and eating area has diminished, with non-greasy tables hard to find. During peak hours, too many employees sit looking at their phones, making it difficult to find an available table. The eye center staff is noted as rude. Recently, the quality of produce and fruit has been poor, with items like strawberries and grapes often rotten, making it difficult to find any decent fruit.

I always used to good produce and fruit. Now it is so difficult to find fruit, especially strawberries, grapes, raspberries that isn’t rotten. Last few times I’ve been there (Elmira, NY) I’ve had to dig through to try and find any decent fruit. Guess I’ll be getting my fruit at Wegmans

They where taking air conditioner out and made the people stand outside in the hot sun for like 30 mins
