Never a bad experience at this location. Could use an exterior remodal or even a coat of paint would improve a lot. Exterior doesn't speak well for the city.

I have been a customer at the post office on Church Street, in Elmira for many years. They have always given me excellent customer service. Never any issue with mail or packages. The representatives are friendly and professional.
I hope they stay open, in spite of proposed government office closings.
