The older man that works there is racist. I went to deliver a package, he was nice to every person in front of me which were white individuals ranging in age and gender but then when he got to me, African American, his mood changed. He was not friendly or warm like he was with everyone in front of me. I gave him the package that I wanted to send out and he roughly shook it and inspected it. He looked me up and down and asked what was in it. It was something I was returning from Amazon. He did not do this with the other 2 people in front that also were giving him packages to send out… it’s very heartbreaking to have been treated this way. Please do better!

Here is a brief play by play how this unfolded. So, I ran out of checks and expecting new ones in 7-10 days. Meanwhile I have to make a bank payment so I go here to buy a USPS money order. Go to use card, declined. Call bank and discover the usps hasn't delivered my draft yet. I go to the station where I bought the money order and tell the clerk there that I need to locate this thing. Sure he tells me, ''It's gonna cost you $18.00 to do so.'' GD! I feel like I just got off the boat!

My mail gets delivered at around 7:00 PM ON AVERAGE! the next street over? around noon! This is completely unacceptable! Either start earlier, hire more people, or have the computer change the routes the couriers take. Its not rocket science.

I love this post office! Helpful staff and always knows what I need for my mailing tasks; at the right price. My mailman is awesome...rain or shine he is delivering packages and letters with a gleaming smile. Since COVID19 these folks have worked effortlessly to deliver to our needs and help make our days a little more comforting. Thank you Main Street Postal Service.

Mailwoman does not take outgoing mail from my mailbox, just leaves it in there. Does not check it for outgoing mail when i dont have incoming mail but still does not take outgoing mail even if she's putting mail in the mailbox. Now my bills are all late getting to their perspective businesses.

Inconvenient hours. Should close and condense branch so you are able to mail items during normal business hours.
